Completing the Mindful Leader Program was life-changing for my leadership, as well as my personal life. I was able to get to the heart of why I avoided facing important decisions and instead to have the courageous, accountable conversations that allowed my 'true self' to emerge through my business and in my relationships. Mindfulness practice is challenging, yet absolutely worthwhile. Now one year on, I still feel more empowered and more deeply fulfilled in all aspects of my life. If you are looking for real leadership growth for yourself or your team, I recommend saying 'yes' to the Mindful Leader.

The Mindful Leader is based on cutting-edge development practices including vertical development, growth mindset, values alignment, deliberately developmental, and psychological safety, and focuses strongly on mindset and behavioural change.
I found the learning content, pace, and the group debrief processes to be excellent, and the program stretched my thinking, and actions. I have become less reactive and much more deliberately conscious in ensuring that my actions are fully aligned with my values.

The Mindful Leader program gives you the tools for real transformative change - which is only ever achieved by doing deep personal work - and understanding how you're getting in your own way. When you participate fully in the program you can't help but make profound changes to how you operate as a person, a leader, and a human being.

The Mindful Leader journey takes you one level deeper than traditional leadership programs as it allows you to work from an authentic connection to oneself, both in terms of what really matters to us in terms of growth edge while exploring our unconscious mind that too often keeps us stuck in old conditionned patters.

Attended The Mindful Leader program last year. Learnt so much about myself and how much opportunity there was for growth. The program provides knowledge frameworks, resources, experiences, practices and support to help challenge pre-existing notions, and provided fresh ways of looking at what I'd call "personal leadership growth". It also covered areas such as adult growth principles, image management, vertical development, immunity to change, the inner mind journey, and loads more.
Found it very beneficial both professionally and personally. Moving forward with a self-examined life on my personal leadership journey.

Great program. I was able to work through a bunch of self limiting beliefs and other concerns that were holding back my leadership effectiveness. Great content, superbly delivered, flexible, not too onerous, but you realise fairly quickly that the program has been designed with the very best applied research and evidenced based practices. Adult growth theory, growth mindset, leadership values and behaviours, mindfulness or inner work, plus more, makes this a very high impact leadership development experience.
