Adam Milner’s Program

I tried out Adam Milner’s program recently and managed to get my weight back under control. I lost 8Kg within 12 weeks and got back into my favourite trousers. It is so easy to slip into bad habits and convince yourself you’re not really eating that much when in reality your exceeding the calories you need. Adam helped ensure I tracked what I eat through his app but also recommended what I should eat to keep me feeling full and energised to complete my weekly workout program, which were tailored around my goals.
The nutritional aspect was great as he balanced the ratios of my carbohydrates, proteins and fats. I followed the recipes easily. I didn’t feel hungry when I stuck to these ratios, I actual felt like I was eating more that I used to and still lost weight. Other diets encourage you not to eat, this program is educating you on the right things to eat. I especially, like the accountability weighing in each day, knowing if I’d kept to my diet I’d see progress. The workouts were challenging but I could log everything via the app. Video demonstrations were available for all the exercises. Great experience, great coach

The main learning of this 5 months' journey with Adam was that consistency is the absolute key to reward. Adam is a great coach, definitely not the one you would hear saying just what you want to hear. He was there pulling me back on track when needed and he was there to feedback progress when progress was achieved. Thanks to this programme, I've learnt to dose portions without having to always use a scale. I have learnt how to better balance training in response of my body need and composition. I'm looking less at my weight and rather focus on how I feel and look instead. Tracking weight is great to understand trajectory of progress, however getting fixated on the numbers can be demotivating. I have learnt that monitoring and tracking calories intake is of paramount importance to feel in control. And that taking a 360 video of yourself on day 1 can feel disheartening, but taking a new one of yourself at the end of the programme can pay back all of your efforts. Thank you again Adam, I hope many others will choose you as a coach!

I've been working with Adam for about…

I've been working with Adam for about 12 weeks now and I can't believe how much my body has changed in such a short time. I feel absolutely fantastic physically and mentally. I've tried various programmes before but they never lasted.
I feel like the Milner Method has changed my lifestyle. I never thought I would enjoy exercising so much. I also learnt a lot about nutrition with Adam. Recipes are easy and meals are delicious and fulfilling.
It's the first time when I don't feel like snacking between my meals.
Adam has been so supportive and inspiring all this time, that I've decided to continue the programme. Can't wait to see further results!

Nothing but positive things to say

Nothing but positive things to say. The entire process has been a great experience. I am very busy, working a full-time job and building / running a business. Despite this, Adam has helped me make great progress in a short amount of time. I'd highly recommend anyone looking to not only hit their dietary goals but to also enjoy the experience and learn the knowledge to remain there once you've reached your goal.

Definitely worth the experience and knowledge

My concerns were primarily with a drop in my testosterone. I wanted to correct it naturally, without having to rely on TRT. Working with Adam M., he explained what would cause low T levels, explained how to raise T levels naturally via a structured exercise regimen. Following his structured exercises which included upper and lower body exercises, I was able to increase my muscle mass. Redoing my blood work after 4 months, showed my Tlevels went back to a normal mid range of a health 35+ adult.
Regardless, it's given me back energy, and now we are focusing more on cardio vascular health (to tackle my cholesterol). Adam certainly emphasizes nutrition and exercise to enable a pro fitness and pro health mindset. Definitely worth it

Best thing I could do for myself

“I have tried multiple diets over the last few years, I also followed some known fitness coaches, however I have failed every single time. I guess that I thought I didn't need anyone to tell me what food is good or bad for me. When I signed up with The Milner Method few months ago I was only a couple of pounds away from being officially obese, I had just found out that I had very high cholesterol, I felt tired, anxious and with hormones all over the place. I decided to make a change because I wanted to change my lifestyle. In a few months I dropped just under 8kg, I feel so much more energetic and I actually feel like I want to move and exercise. I think that I am seriously looking after myself and loving myself for the first time in my life. My skin is more glowy, my nails are thick and long for the first time ever and my period has become regular. I had struggled with my period for years and I have visited many doctors, but nobody found anything actually wrong with me. I have been taking no
medications, I eat more than I was before but I am eating well and really been using food as healthy fuel. I don't consider myself on a diet any more because now it has just become my lifestyle.
Adam texts back quickly and created a plan that was tailored to me taking into account my everyday life as a busy mum. The exercises are for my beginner level and anytime something wasn't working for me he quickly adjusted it. It is really that one to one support that I needed. You can tell he is very knowledgeable and absolutely loves what he does.
Signing up with Adam is the best thing I could have done for myself and I am extremely grateful”

Cannot Recommend Enough

I worked with The Milner Method for a short 4 weeks but I cannot recommend them enough. Adam helped reframe my mindset towards health and fitness as lifestyle and I have learnt so much in just the beginning phase of what’s on offer. Do yourself a favour and sign up - it’s beyond worth it :)

Best decision of my life

To start the program with Adam was the best decision I could take in my life. He helped me to lose 25kg in 9 months, he was always ready to help and support. He is adapting the program to your life so that nothing is impossible. If you are scared of diets because you immediately think you are going to starve, this is absolutely not the case. You will start to see food in a different way as well as workouts. I would recommend everyone to start, change your life! Thanks Adam

Adam’s Amazing Milner Method

I’m so pleased I got to work with Adam.
He has helped me out of a bad cycle of not being able to drop excess weight (held for over 5 years) despite trying hard.
It has been so uplifting to see that my body isn’t ‘broken’.
I’m more educated about my own body needs, I know what works and what doesn’t.
Thanks to Adam I’m building a healthy, realistic lifestyle with the bonus of weight loss, muscle gain and a personal health routine.

The best nutritionist ever !!!!

Having Adam as my personal nutritionist was the best experience in my life , he doesn’t even make me loose over 45 kg in a quite short time (5 months) he defined changed my life with a good diet plan .

I would defined recommend Adam the only thing you have to do is to trust him and follow his instructions and you will have guaranteed results!

Adam has been exceptional

Adam has been exceptional. I have a high intensity job with long hours which means my ability to get to the gym is very limited some weeks. Nutrition and changing behaviour was a key focus. Adam has been available via whatsapp everyday and zoom sessions every couple of weeks. I did cancel on him a few times due to my availability but having him available on whatsapp was super useful as I'd send him random questions about particular foods and I'd even send him the menu of a restaurant I would be at and he'd guide me on what to order. His app has also been a great resource, to see my body transformation and also the tailored exercises he'd give me for home and at gym. I've lost 3.4kg and I'm at the lowest weight since 2020. Belt has gone back to right at the end where it should be and clothes are fitting a lot better. Most importantly was the behaviour change, no more late night eating, now regular 3 meals without any serious snacking. I'm more conscious with what I eat too. Adam is highly recommended!

Great support and results

I had not had a virtual PT before so didn’t know what to expect, but Adam was really approachable and took the time to explain how the programme would work. I wanted a programme that provided workouts and meal plans to match my level of activity, and this is what Adam did. What I found most useful was how flexible and adaptable it was. Adam regularly reviewed my level of fitness and took into account my lifestyle and habits, and adjusted the programme accordingly. When I went on holiday he suggested workouts I could do without equipment. The app is also really easy to use and has helped me to learn more about nutrition and macros.

Adam created a really individual and bespoke plan for me and kept me accountable. The weekly meetings on Teams were positive and provided support and direction for the following week. I’m lifting more than I have in the past and feel a lot stronger, and people have commented on my weight loss asking about the programme I follow. I would recommend Adam to anyone who needs individual direction and support to work towards the results they want. Thank you Adam!

Results and Accountability

When I first met Adam I was confused, overwhelmed and didn't understand what really needed to be worked on to create life changing results. There is lots of "information" available but a lot of it is conflicting or just downright wrong. I had tried both weight watchers and slimming world and whilst lost some weight ended up stopping and putting more on. I had used a PT at a gym and did not get the results I wanted.

You need individual help, support, direction and education to get results. This is what you get with The Milner Method - accountability and how to make changes. You need support to change your habits.

The Milner Method takes someone from any background, any gender, any level of experience and gets them results by supporting and teaching them life long skills. My journey is still continuing with Adam. I understand my nutrition better but I am still learning and currently working on sleep as need to be consistent here. I have lost 10kg so far. Adam is passionate about what he does and he genuinely wants you to succeed. He has success with both men and women.

If you are going to invest in yourself, The Milner Method is what you need as it provides both results and accountability. This is designed to fit into your life

Best Body I've ever had!

Adam and the Milner Method has been a HUGE help for me and a great experience. He has helped guard me through all my personal goal, bump, injury I have had. EG a half marathon time of 1hr35. Also, helped me so far to achieve some of my best PB and weight goals to date.

I started my journey at around 87.9kg and 18/19% body fat.

During my time with Adam I build a solid routine, a simple and easy to follow diet. Plus, have shaved off 4.5kg of weight and 3/4% body fat. Whilst gaining muscle.

Adam is very thorough and methodical

Adam is very thorough and methodical. I have learnt a lot from him so far and significantly transformed my body. His insight is extremely useful as I would not be able to achieve the same results without his input. Working with Adam is also very convenient as you can communicate and track diet and exercise through his app. I highly recommend!

Sign up…you won’t regret it!

I’ve been training with Adam for nearly two years now to improve my health. Do not be under any illusion, I am a reluctant customer, I’m no gym bunny, & love my food and wine. I have turned 50 this year and am Mum to two girls. I’ve also just had two of the toughest years of my life nearly losing my husband and youngest child. Adam has been a constant when life has been rocky, steadily guiding me to a healthier lifestyle, to a drastically improved fitness, muscle tone and nutrition; kick starting my sluggish metabolism, improving my organ health, my sleep, my stress levels, mood and energy. I only expected to lose weight and got all the above! Although I hate to admit it, Adam’s way of living is a better way which I am fast becoming hooked on. I’m excited to be on my way to finally achieve my goal weight this year and be proud of my body shape. The Milner Method

I was thinking about starting a weight loss journey and needed primarily nutrition/diet help. After flicking on some sites for a few minutes it didn’t take long to loose interest. Within the hour Adam contacted me and within minutes he gave me the motivation and positivity I needed to start this journey with him.

I’m now 12 weeks in and 12KG lighter and feeling great! Ive found myself to be more confident as well as feeling much healthier. I’ve just booked in another 12 weeks to go again with Adam as a result of this success.

Adam provides weekly face to face video meetings which has been the primary push for me to keep motivated. He’s always available for questions and advice throughout and super friendly. He use’s an app which he personalised just for me which includes all the meal guides and workouts I need to strive to my goals. The app is superb and makes food and gym so clear and easy.

Couldn’t recommend Adam at the Milner Method enough! If you’re debating starting your journey then debate no more as Adam is the man for the job.

Had the best experience with Adam

Had the best experience with Adam. The app is great. You get your nutrition and exercise all in one place and the weekly check in with Adam’s helps keep you accountable and on track. The Milner Method works

Initially when I started the Milner Method I thought I knew most of what I needed to know after all I had been going to the gym training almost 6 days a week sometimes 7 since I was 15 years old (40 now). and I ate healthy as far as I was concerned, but it turns out what I thought I didn't need I did.

I now know what I lacked was education, skills and knowledge on the subject of strength and nutrition and what I didn't realise is I had a lot to learn. I was becoming increasingly frustrated by the fact I trained hard and in my view ate well (dieted) yet couldn't hit the goals I was chasing ever.

I decided to give coaching a go despite my ambivalence. After 6 months of coaching with Adam meeting online every 4 weeks, guided by a nutrition plan and training plan and messages in between, my view on training and nutrition have transformed. What I was eating before and how I was training before was not what I needed to build strength and loose fat percentage, and without this programme I may never have learnt that because it wasn't what I had trained in myself, and l had no idea there was so much to learn. I needed some expert guidance, and Adam has given that to me.

Previously I was not following any programme in particular or measuring my progress this stopped me from pushing myself competing with myself and improving. I was not thinking about macros despite eating healthy or so I thought and I was in the gym far too much so was not getting the rest I needed.

I am not there yet I have a way to go but this programme so far has educated me and I find myself thinking a lot more about nutrition and how I train. It feels nothing like a restricted diet or a gruesome painful training plan and when you get the plan right after some practice you never feel like you are missing anything because the right nutrition and energy is going in and you are using it in the right way.

It does take some practice but with Adams help it makes so much sense. Adam has taught me a lot and I can certainly feel the difference. My advice to anyone considering giving coaching a try would be that even if you think you know it all , you don't so give it a try, it is worth it.
