I received automatic approval on changing from 1 plan G to another. She also possesses a great sense of humor and I love that!! Great customer service. I look forward to talking with her next year!!

They are just insurance agents. I wasn't queries as to what I needed. I was just selected the cheapest plan by what their computer said and I was signed up. After doing my own research (which I thought they would help me do, but did not) I found a slightly more expensive plan that gave me a more options (ie silver sneakers, family discounts) So after all was said and done. The more expensive plan was less expensive because 2 in our house hold were using it which gave us a 8% discount. I did not feel they knew who I was, nor did they care, they just wanted to sign me up and collect their commission.

Maddie from The Medicare Family has been going ahead and getting comparison of plans for me to look at and review the differences in each one. She also took my doctors names that I was using and did a search through the available plans to see who was covered and who wasn't.
Overall, I would give her a A++ rating for the work she has done to make sure I was making the best choice for me. She answered every email, every text, and every phone call promptly and with every thing I needed. Great job!!

The Medicare Family made signing up for my Medicare plan a pleasant experience. Alex Mellinger was extremely informative and helpful and quickly adapted our conversation (cut to the chase) when he realized I had done my homework before calling yet still made sure to cover all the relevant details. During our initial call, the web site he needed to get me signed up was unavailable, so he quickly engaged for help, and once he realized it wasn't a 'quick fix', rather than making me stay on the line while they internally triaged the issue, he scheduled a follow-up call for the following day. I appreciate his focus on the customer experience.

Elisha is a wonderful, kind, patient, super funny and most importantly knowledgeable person on Medicare, medigap, advantage, Part D drug plan, and a host of other options that may be a good fit for folks. She made me feel at ease during our two conversations, explained everything to me in a way I cold fully grasp and was extremely patient with me when she had to explain a couple things more than once...that was because of me, not her. I can't recommend her enough as a person and as a professional. She didn't push any particular company or plan on either medigap or advantage. She did help me make the best choice for me and my family, and I'm extremely confident in those choices for Medicare and Medigap going forward.
