The Medicare Family representatives are very knowledgeable about the various Medicare plans and intricacies. This knowledge is extremely valuable to retirees trying to navigate a complex system. As is typical for the US government, nothing is simple. Gov't handbooks while helpful are overly complicated leaving most people but lawyers confused. It's great to have a trusted, reliable company and representatives that can assist with the best plan selection for our situation.
