Jon was very cordial and easy to talk to right off the bat. I did a lot of research ahead of time but he still explained the important points in a way that was very helpful to refer back to if necessary. I love watching Silvia’s videos and it just so happened that she answered one of my questions just three days ago. The videos are a great source of info. AA++

I cannot say enough about the guidance Casey Sullivan from The Medicare Family provided me during my transition into the Medicare world. My agent, Mike Locke did a great job explaining the ins and outs of Medicare. I have a clear understanding of not only what will be covered, but how it will be covered and what my cost will be moving forward in 2026 when I actually get on Medicare.
