It says a lot that this company has disabled the ability for customers to leave reviews on Google and Facebook!

I have just picked up my order for 4 x sprinkle Easter bunny and carrot packs and the quality or the product and consistency of the product across the 4 that I received is pathetic!

These were meant to be for Easter gifts but the quality is that bad I would be too embarrassed to gift them out.

The “bunnies” look like smooshed blobs, some with sprinkles some with powder and 1 with not even enough sprinkles to cover the blob.
You can actually tell that the carrots are meant to be carrots but are broken or have extra blobs hanging off the side.

I understand these are (meant to be) hand made (as a local to the central coast we have all heard the rumors), but where is the quality control??

How can you expect a customer to be happy with this product compared to what you show online!

Absolute rubbish, will never buy from them again, these are literally going straight in the bin.

Their system did not notify me that they received my order, and my credit card hard not been charged, so I tried again.

Weeks later two boxes arrived and I checked my card they ended charging me twice.

Contacted customer support and they said they sent an SMS that ‘must have been blocked’ and refused to do anything about their system or the delayed charge.

Really disappointing for a specialty product, I get better customer service at big box stores.

Will not order again.

Trustpilot removed my review about marshmallow, and it was a bad review about this dirty company, who doesn’t play clean. We suffered a lot, and it was because of them. They didn’t want to pay for the accident of our car. Someone hit our car we shown them proof and they still didn’t want to pay. They are rubbish, so don’t choose this company avoid.

Ugh. It took them more than a MONTH to ship it and they taste horrific. I have never been more disappointed in a food purchase. Store bought basic marshmallows are better than this junk.

So I don't actually mind about the slow shipping (slower than advertised) but I have a building with a reception and parcel room. Their delivery partner said they "attempted" a delivery which is quite simply a lie. Any attempt in my building would be successful, plus I was home.
No help from the website to reschedule a delivery. I tracked it down myself, tried to get it redelivered, got ignored. So, that's money straight down the drain.

Ordered for Christmas on the 29th of November, noting the information at the top of the page indicating that 10 working days should be allowed for the order. The order wasn't despatched until 17th of December, and won't be making it to us for Christmas. The Christmas Eve boxes are basically worthless now and the kids will think they did something wrong because Santa didn't bring marshmallows.

To top it off, the customer service LIED to us, telling us it was in the country and 'we have attached the Royal Mail tracking' - There was no attachment, and hilariously the parcel will be received by Parcelforce.

The header at the top of the website now says 'orders after 22nd Nov cannot be guaranteed for Christmas' - This WAS NOT stated when we ordered.

£150 down the drain, avoid, avoid, avoid.

I ordered on December 10th thinking that only six marshmallows wouldn't take very long to ship. At the time they don't tell you how long it will take but after you order it will pop up with your receipt that it could take up to 10 days to ship. This is absolutely absurd and lo and behold. They just shipped today and will never be here for Christmas. I'm going to dispute this with my credit card company. On their website now there's a banner at the top that I'm sure was put up when they figured out that they couldn't get their orders done in time. But it now says if you order after December 1st you may not get your order at Christmas time. I would never order from this company again;

I placed my order during the first week of November, and as of today, November 30th, it still hasn’t been dispatched. My tracking number is LH340490946AU. Additionally, I was charged £10 for delivery. Tomorrow, I am flying to the US for the holidays. When I requested to cancel my order due to the long delay over a week ago. they falsely claimed that it had already been created and shipped. This experience feels like a total scam. I strongly advise against ordering from them!

Ordered over a month ago for a birthday with the assumption that, as stated on their website, it’s a 3-5 business day processing time, and they haven’t even been shipped yet. Customer service doesn’t seem to care, looking at other reviews it doesn’t even seem like it’s worth the wait. Not cool.

Not a fan at all .. but im sure they would be delicious toasted.

I ordered two different flavours of marshmallow, they took over a week to dispatch them… but that was fine as long as they were handmade I was happy to wait. They arrived and they were the most tasteless pieces of foam I have ever eaten. I would suggest reviewing recipes, removing all of the fake reviews from their website and adding actual flavour and some sugar to their product. I will never buy from this company again.

Order took over a month to be delivered. No response from customer support. The marshmallows did finally come, but were frankly disgusting even to look at. I will look to upload some pictures.

Prices are was too high for what you actually recive. Tastes not worth 30€ for 9 pieces. Customer reviews on the website is completley faked really bad company all in all.
