High-quality products I will purchase again even with delivery taking longer than expected time.

This company is so unprofessional, I ordered a solar security light and requested a collection, but they send it via Post Haste who supposedly delivered and the person would not take collection, doesn’t that tell you something, now I have to pay for it to be redelivered, but HELLO I didn’t ask for delivery, but they are unable understand that. There confirmation confirms that it was to be collected. I certainly would not recommend any purchase from this company. Will be interesting to see how long I have to wait for my refund. Watch this space.

New update .. took it to card dispute and they refund $6.00

Faulty item not fit for purpose. Back and forth emails for months to be told I physically damaged an item but the item has no physical damage. Refusing to acknowledge the CGA Requesting a contact number to take it further, which they haven't replied with one. Will never shop again on here, absolutely pathetic service.

It has taken nearly a month to ship a mattress topper from melbourne Australia to Christchurch NZ through the market. It boasted all orders shipped within 48 hours. Then sends bogus updates which if you read them says item was on the plane for 5 days...from melbourne??. Had I known it was going to take this long I never would have ordered it in the first place, mattress topper was meant to help in my husband's motorcycle accident recovery, it's a little too late now.
The last time we ordered off the market we got a tent that was so badly made we sent it back for a refund. I don't think we will be ordering off here again.

I liked the wide variety of availability I didn't like how hard it was to home in on a product I wanted to buy the filter section needs to add a category for best reviewed items to help narrow searches
I was unable to get click and collect at a marketpoint collection desk for some reason but so pleased to be able to use zip pay

The product was easy to find but logging in and setting up an account was challenging. Now I am a member it should be easier. Found the product that I wanted and very pleased, delivery prompt and well packaged. Will definitely use again.
