I started out joining JB’s coaching program after seeing an advert of FB. It was a free 5 day challenge. In this 5 days it opened my eyes and my mind to what I needed to do the start living again. Next up was the elite 28 days! Now, as a bloke of 48 that lost himself in a relationship and very nearly lost myself when my mental health diminished, JB came into my life and showed me how to regain life and passion and truly love again.
