I was looking for a pool cover for my daughter and The Magic Toyshop had one that looked suitable at a reasonable price. It arrived in good time, with no excess packaging.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely dreadful service.
£100 Item ordered never arrived (unsurprisingly considering they use Evri - probably the worst carrier currently operating).
Despite clear tracking information confirming their chosen delivery 'service' had as usual, failed to do their job, TMTS repeatedly refused to provide a refund until they 'received the item back'. Having never received it in the first place, this was obviously completely beyond my control but TMTS seem oblivious to their obligations as a seller and, for that matter, current UK legislation.
Situation eventually resolved by Amazon (in less than an hour) who were brilliant.
I wouldn't touch TMTS with a barge pole.

Unfulfilled order
We ordered 24 pieces of garden edging but only received a box of 15. We were charged for 24 and when I contacted customer services I had to have a bit of a barter to get more sent. Turns out they didn't supply 24 so I had to get a refund then order another box of 15, so I now have an extra 6 bits of edging which I may or may not use. Don't think I will order anything from this retailer again.

Small fountain
Brought a indoor/outdoor fountain, well you certainly couldn't use it indoors splashes everywhere and constantly have to top up water. I was eventually told I could send it back but at my own expense. Wouldn't recommend this place customer service diabolical

Received the kids kitchen in good time, the 2 grandchildren absolutely love it, 1 boy 1 girl, they are both totally obsessed with it.

I ordered an item an I wasn't happy…
I ordered an item an I wasn't happy with it. It was sent back. When I questioned the amount that I had received as a refund (before it was even delivered back). I started receiving messages from "Momin N".
saying a refund had been made (partial).
Eventually I was "finally" told (by Danny) it was because of the return reason, so it didn't warrant a full refund. (Fair enuff).
Then when I replied to that last message.
He sent this:
"Hello,
We are sorry to hear this, most likely you was contacting Amazon.
This is the first message we have received from you and responded as soon as possible.

Buy it from asda or lidl
I bought 2 solar lamps and one didnt work at all whiile the other I got working after charging it via a charger. The customer service was excellent abd helpful and I was promptly refunded . BUT its a pain organising return and i nearly just wrote it off. The problem is that the items were really cheap looking and i discoverd II could buy better quality and looks from Lidl and ASDA. Plus if anyhing goes wrong its easier to return

Just good old fashioned 1st class service.
Ordered some planters at a very competitive rate and they were delivered next morning (no delivery charge),
Packages were very secure and product exactly as described. Flatpack that were very easy to assemble.
