A big shout out for the wonderful service I received from An Nguyen at The Vale in Rusutsu. I left a small bag in the room after checking out and An found and arranged for my lost items to be returned to me in Sydney.
I have stayed in The Vale several seasons and look forward to returning many more times. Thank you An and the staff at The Vale for making my ski trips memorable.

Our entire experience with the team at The Luxe Nomad has been fabulous. The team communicate really well, are genuine and helpful and reply always in a timely manner. Our trip was amazing and we are currently enquiring for our next one! I highly recommend Jan C - he was warm and wonderful to communicate with - and as a result we had a brilliant family holiday - first time in the snow with our boys! The private car transfer organised was easy, our driver was lovely. Shout out to the team at Intuition Niseko, especially Dorothy - they were all gems - and the accommodation was exactly what we were after. It's all these touches that build a really memorable trip.
