If I could give this a zero I would. This company is another total scam. Nothing is like it's advertised. You CANNOT easily cancel through the app or website. When I called on the day they charged me I was told basically "too bad you didn't cancel early enough". Would NEVER recommend them!

Total scam. Disliked my first consulting service so I canceled my membership. I was then charged $199.99 a year later. When I requested a refund, they claimed i only canceled my seasonal consultations not my membership. Never responded to my subsequent emails

First, the clothing options offered are awful - nothing like the promotions! You would do better shopping at Walmart! Second, the prices do not match the quality. Third, the customer service is terrible - it is impossible to speak with anyone on the telephone and it takes weeks for them to respond to your emails!

I bought an item on 1/18/26. Per their website, it'll ship within 1-2 days of purchase. A week went by and I still havent heard anything. I emailed them asking where my item is and they stated it was out of stock but should be ready to ship in 2 weeks. 3 weeks go by and still nothing. I emailed them again what the status was and they never replied. I sent a 2nd email, messaged them through instagram, facebook, and commented on their facebook posts about why they weren't responding to me and that i never received my order. They emailed me several days later stating the item is still out of stock and would ship in 2 weeks unless i wanted to accept a different colored top compared to the bottoms. They then gave me attitude in their response stating everything is handmade which is a joke because you can find the exact same outfit on ali express, shein, or temu. I asked for a refund since they couldnt give me an exact date for shipment and they didnt fulfill my order. They havent responded back to me at all but were quick to give me attitude on one of their responses. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else or reverse image the outfit you like to find it on a different website or similar

This company is terrible. I mistakenly signed up and within minutes tried to cancel, to no avail ($14.99 trial). They then charged me $44.99 even though I immediately emailed them that it was a mistake. After that lots of email communication with them to learn they would allow me use the total of $59 they charged me if I made a purchased with that balance. I tried to do that and then they suddenly tell me that actually the only 50% of the balance can be applied to a purchase. They are swindlers...don't buy from them!!

I never signed up for this service, and when I asked to cancel, they wouldn't cancel it or issue a refund. They keep responding with "we're giving you a credit" and won't acknowledge the fraud. I have no idea how this company got my credit card, but please be warned: their business practices are absolutely unethical.

This is a SCAM company. I purchased the App and found out within 5 minutes this was a scam and money game. I cancelled immediately!! They charged me immediately. Ah, but they also added some fee for an add on, that I didn’t even ask for but they tell me, I knew about. I had no idea what they were talking about. They are thieves and dirty filthy ones. No one can help you. Not PayPal nor bank so stay AWAY from LUMIAPP. THIEVES AND LIARS

This company is a SCAM. Ive been trying to cancel this for 6 months. It started out at $29.99 a month and then jumped to $49.99. I have sent numerous emails. I can't log in to get to my account. I called the number for customer support and only get a recording. They have over $400 of my money and no way to stop them. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and tried to stop payment thru PayPal and my bank.

LumiApp is a SCAM.
1st: it didn't deliver as advertised. It doesn't help you with your clothes. They just want to sell you more clothes.
2nd: when I was checking out, they added another charge, for another product, making look as if it was the same transaction.
As soon as I saw what happened - 30 seconds after clicking to pay - I sent them an email complaining and requesting full refund.
They refused.

One Saturday morning on a church trip to Portland, Oregon I used Lume 72 hour whole body deodorant stick. Half way through the trip the deodorant Quit under my arm! I have never been so embarrassed in a church setting in my life. I was Funky!!!! Not only did it not last 72 hours but Quit after 3 hours!! For the amount it cost it should have atleast lasted four hours. I wish I could get my $15.00 back. I purchased it a the supermarket 😫

I also signed up for their free trial and was charged $29.99 on my credit card. After looking at what they had to offer I decided it was not what I was looking for. I did not even create an account because I was going to cancel my subscription. I found a customer care email and contacted them to cancel my subscription . I thought I was very clear but now realize they have continued to charge me monthly $58.99 for a service that I cancelled. What a SCAM. I recently contacted them to remind them I had cancelled this subscription and I asked for a refund for the last 4 months and I was told I did not cancel subscription appropriately. I told them it was a free trial . I was not only charged for the free trial but also for 4 more months. I hope they see these reviews and those also shared on the BBB. I don’t know how they can stay in business taking advantage of people like that. Shame on You LUMI.

I should have read the negative reviews before paying the initial payment & 'style book' (which is a joke!) I was supposed to schedule an appointment with a stylist, but changed my mind. I tried to get a refund, the same day I signed up, but they refused. I disputed with PayPal & they sided with this scam. PayPal doesn't protect it's customers anymore.

Definitely a Scam! Their clothes are horrible. Nothing looks right and is not modern... like a Sears catalog. They do not issue refunds nor do they care. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM...

I bought a sterling silver necklace and the chain turned black, and I haven’t even had it a month. They say turning black as because of your body oils. I’ve never had a necklace turned black that says it sterling silver. Going to request a refund on my credit card. Because they say this is not a problem of their jewelry.

I, like many others who have reviewed here felt taken advantage of at best. That said, after several back and forth emails with customer care, I was issued a refund for my disputed $29.99. At the end of the day, I'm satisfied with that result but believe this company should and could be way more transparent during the checkout process which presents as deceptive.
