I Bought 2 sets which were both lovely but very undersized. It took 2 weeks for Delivery to arrive and it cost £9 in postage to track the return back to them, the process of the return took over the 30 days stated on their website.

After numerous emails back and forth to the retailer and interventions from klarna I eventually got a refund. It just caused Unnecessary frustration. Ive never known a company take so long to refund. For this reason i wouldn't buy from them again.

The reason i gave 2 star was because they did actually respond to my emails quite quickly.

Parcel never received email customer service and they stated that my parcel got lost in transit, I’m still waiting on a refund. I’m not happy

Surprised at how lovely my order was when delivered. Extremely happy with everything i received. Delivery was a little long though but let's hope this isn't the norm as I would like to order a few more things,

I must admit that customer services was very good. My parcel was lost in transit by royal mail and they were kind enough to look into it and have another top sent out to me within 2 days. Very impressed with their pro activeness and willingness to help and for sorting out the problem quickly and efficiently.

Received an email to say my parcel has been delivered, no sign of the parcel and I’m at home.

I ordered one swimsuit. I just checked the tracking page again and it says 5 items have been delivered including dresses and coats that I haven’t ordered.

No contact number to call.

My order was initially lost in transit so it was reordered by customer service, with another fairly lengthy wait. When it arrived I was so disappointed - both the jumper and top were poor quality and over priced. I asked for a refund and was told I could only have a credit note as the items were in the sale. I missed this snippet of info when I ordered…lesson learnt, read the small print!!

Wish I was these reviews before ordering. Ordered a top and never received it. Communication was unprofessional. Delivery driver proof of delivery was a picture of a package on some concrete. Which they argued is proof of delivery. No professional company would behave like this. Avoid!!

If j could give NO STARS I would. Order a belt and was such bad quality I returned it. Didn't realise it was in the sale so could get a refund. So I ordered a blazer £37 reduced from £69 apparently. Sounds good. When it arrived in a tiny package. What a peice of rubbish. Been totally ripped off. These people should be prosecuted of what they do.

Ordered a hat it was £30 they said delivery would be 2 weeks.it took a lot longer
No correspondence there after then recieved a text/email to say the item had been delivered? Even though I was in and so was the concierge.
They said there was an error with the courier so would resend. That took almost three weeks!
When it finally arrived
The hat was awful,bad stitching nothing like the picture! The hat looks like it costs £2! It's awful!

Honestly do not bother they are scammers!

Avoid this company. I ordered a dress in august, said 5-7 days delivery but took 6 weeks by which time what I needed it for hand gone. Tried to return and get a refund, they eventually agreed but in the mean time my bank details changed. Wouldnt refund to my new account even though proof offered of my old account being closed. Disouted it wih my bank and lost so not only do they have the poor quality dress back but also my £45!! I was iffered a credit note but why would i want more poor quality things to wear!!

Awful. Ordered a top February 10th. Three weeks it hadn't been shipped they advised they had supply issues and said it would be delivered in five days two weeks later a different top from what I ordered arrived.
I requested a return. Top was received by look edit 30/03. Still no refund received 20/04/2023 and they had not conformed return with Klarna.
I keep mailing and getting pleasant responses but no resolution. Do not use this site!!!!

Ordered 2 dresses together, one took 3 weeks to come and the other took 5.5 weeks. They were very cheaply made and poor quality. I returned the dresses 3 weeks ago, I can see they have been received and signed for. Still no refund and company claiming they ‘can’t find them’ in their returns centre.

Still no response from the company and I’ve been trying to contact them regarding this since last year July!

Where to even start! First of all I requested a cancellation of my order because they could not fulfill the original shipping timeframe instead they still sent the items, which arrived late!

POOR QUALITY!! When I tell you all of these reviews a genuine because these items are definitely ordered from AliExpress and sent straight to customers. The quality is very poor! I ordered a white structured dress, first of all it had no structure! Secondly it was like a top! I returned the items the same day I received them and requested a refund! Even tho I asked for the order to be cancelled prior to shipping the company refused and instead issued a credit note!

It was not for the full value of what I paid! They said they would fix this issue and I should pay MORE money to make up the difference to order something else and then they would refund me! Why would I place another order after receiving such rubbish and then to spend more of my own money when I want a refund?? They still can’t correct the credit note or provide my refund and it’s been 8 MONTHS!!!!

Awful cheap quality! I paid just under £200 for 5 jumpers all the same just in different colours and all the same size they have been delivered and they are made so bad that they are all different sizes and terrible quality! One star isn't deserved for this rating! Not to mention the two weeks delivery took! That's £200 down the drain! Infuriating and gutted! Recently found pretty little thing sell the exact same jumpers half the price and proper quality & next day delivery 🙄 won't be shopping here again! Ever! Save your money!

WARNING: They buy super cheap from China and hike up the price massively.

They sent boots that smelled so strongly of petrol it made you nauseous.

I bought the boots before Christmas didn't receive any refund until mid March. They also do not refund shipping costs for both purchase and sending back.

Also be careful not to buy anything in the sale, even if they offer you 10% off, it means they will only offer credit and not a refund.

Don't waste your money, item nothing like picture on their website. Items shipped from Ali Express or equivalent they are just drop shippers with shoddy products. First they lost my item, then reshipped it finally arrived and I actually laughed when I opened the dress, I can only say their "Athena" dress resembles a dead seagull. As they are clearly breaching the trade descriptions act have requested a shipping label at their cost not mine. In addition, they say they offer a full refund on non sale items but you have to select the store credit option, looking at other reviews this is all they are receiving and battling for a refund. Reporting to trading standards. Have since found out the pictures they are using are of a £2000 dress and this is just a cheap copy they get from China. Scammers!

I ordered a Mother’s Day present of the 5th of February and I heard nothing for weeks. I emailed them and they got in touch apologising and they asked if I would give them another chance to resend the item before Mother’s Day arrived. I did and nothing again and Mother’s Day arrived. I then emailed them again and they told me the item hadn’t even been sent again and I would have to wait 15 days for a refund. Absolutely disgusting service. I have never had such bad service. Do not buy from this company. You will only be disappointed. How this has 4 stars I have no idea!!!! Shameful
