I've placed order beginning of December, but items arrived on 26th. Website mentions delivery time is 4-6days from UK to France, but it ended up with 3 weeks.... On top of that, on box was not even wrapped, just bare socks in box. Very poor service despite the high pric. Not so sure I'll come back

A delivery time of three weeks is very unusual for us, and we completely understand your frustration – especially as the order was placed at the beginning of December. Unfortunately, this delay appears to have been caused by issues with the local postal service during the Christmas period, which is frustrating for us as well as for you.
Regarding the packaging, our socks are always sent in a presentation box with protective tissue. From the photo, it does look like the socks arrived boxed, though we’re sorry if the presentation didn’t meet expectations or if any additional protective elements were missing. We appreciate you flagging this.
We’re sorry this experience fell short of what you’d expect at our price point, and we do take this feedback seriously as we continue reviewing our delivery processes during peak periods.
