Delivery is all ways at the time given.

I rate The Log Shed highly. I always go for a large bag of silver birch, it is perfect for me, always completely dry, cut to just the right size and also clean from dirt and moss. The personnel I talk to, Sue and Rachel, are courteous, knowledgeable and very friendly.

The epitome of true customer service.
Despite only ordering a small quantity of hardwood logs, the service was exceptional.
From the initial phone call to place the order, every touch point with the company was flawless.
Delivery was next day, without any additional charge (because they happened to be delivering to my area).
The woman in the office was most courteous and, I felt, genuinely appreciative of my little order.
The bag of wood when delivered had been packed carefully maximising the log quantity.
The delivery man was also very courteous and happy to put the delivery where I wanted it. The logs were exactly as ordered.
If there is any evidence needed as to the reason to take your custom to local independent retailers, this company is the epitome of true customer service.

No trouble ordering. I got exactly what I wanted and it arrived quickly and on time. The drive even put them into my garage to make it easy for me to stack. The logs burn well as well. Will continue to buy from you in the future.

Fabulous company - definitely recommend
Good variety of wood and sizes available and excellent quality. Customer service excellent - Sue is very helpful and friendly as are the drivers. They have a small crane service so we get the wood craned over our hedge.

Everyone we have dealt with at the wood shed have been super efficient and very helpful regarding the needs of my 96 year old father! Logs are dry and just the right size for his stove.

Delivery
The customer service worked with me in making sure I was able to get a delivery in the time I needed it so I didn't run out of wood for my fire. Everyone was very helpful in making my choice of wood and the delivery as smooth as possible.
