Plumber was honest about repair, which I liked, very pleasant man, did a good job, left no mess. Overall I am pleased.

The technician was called Darren, he arrived promptly after I had requested the call. He quickly got to work and assessed the blockage. Unfortunately due to the extent of the blockage he was unable to clear but provided support and guidance regarding what further steps we needed to take. He was very helpful and efficient. After trying to contact various plumbers to no avail I was very impressed that the phone was answered straight away. A good start
The plumber came out the same day to repair a leak in the toilet pan
He was very friendly, professional and competent and identified the problem requiring a new part which was ordered
He came back and the fault was fixed

Understood my call was emergency. Managed to move different issues arranged to be able to come to me. So very pleased. The person was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend

The plumber came swiftly, was very friendly and chatty but his work was chaotic - he failed to identify the simple cause of the leak and chose to cut out a large part of the ceiling through which the water was leaking despite there being a small access door to the area of pipe that was eventually to be found at fault. Excavating the ceiling with no protective tarpaulin, in an old house caused, an almighty mess which he did not clear up. He then discovered the flexi-pipe feeding the shower head was at fault so replaced it and slopped silicone round the base of it quite unprofessionally - It looks like a ragged plastic bag! We spent four hours deep cleaning the room, shovelling large amounts of plaster and wood after paying a bill of £330.
I have tried unsuccessfully to get the company to send someone out to at least cover the hole so that dust and dirt doesn't fall onto the cooking appliances beneath but they expect to charge their exorbitant rates again.
Do NOT believe in their "No Call Out" claims as they charge massively for the first hour and then £85 FOR EACH FURTHER HALF HOUR

Abdul attended today and fixed my broken shower without any mess or bother. Another good job done. Would recommend him to anyone who has plumbing issues.

The company contacted me to inform me when the plumber was due with a friendly and helpful regarding to any questions that I needed to ask plus once the plumber arrived he done an excellent job to solved the issue that I had with my barthroom sink and cleaned out all the pipes to make sure the issue would not happen again 👍

Called on a Friday morning, said would be here before 6pm. Call received at 5pm, sorry the engineer was running late so would come on Monday (where is the 7 day service?) Monday, no text or call, I rang them at 10:35. Said oh we have you here, will be with you by 6pm. Nope. I was called at 5pm saying the engineer had a personal issue and don’t know when he will be back! I said I understand things going wrong but now left with the problem and need to get a plumber out. Said I wasn’t happy with the lack of attendance and would go somewhere else. Call handler said yes ok or words to that effect! “Same day service7 days a week”!!! What rubbish

Nice and freindly. Took one look and knew what to do. Had old lead pipes coming in to house upper part covered in concreate and artex. Took just over one hour and half to remove concreate covering upper pipe and doing a great repair. Repair was a bad leaking mains water stopcock.

on the plus side the plumber did come the same day , although the office did not let me know the name of the plumber and time before as they said they would. he was here 15 mins told me i had no leak and wa the shower door, as i had been away for two and half months i told him i expected the floor to have dried out . repeated it was the door but didn't offer to adjust it. I didn't realise that the price did not include vat and so the charge was £174+ which was a months housekeeping. so he didn't do anything and still charged me the full hour. I would have thought in the circumstances a discount would have been offered

You got a plumber to me quickly but disappointed in your timeingat sending me a receipt for the money I paid you
