Achat d une remorque velo, jogging, poussette Thule. Le livraison est sans la partie jogging (troisième roue). Le vendeur dit que c est une option alors que la description de l article mentionne Le kit jogging inclu ainsi que les photos faisant partie de l achat. Une honte, le vendeur ne veut pas me rembourser les frais pour renvoyer l article.
Direction la justice de paix pour publicité mensongère.
Le magasin ne reconnait pas ses tords.

Terrible company. Ordered end of Feb 2024 and they didn’t respond to emails chasing up the order. Order finally delivered May 2024. Omg the quality is shocking!! The stitching has already split! The stuffing of the teddy is awful! Shocking quality for the price. Do not order!!!

To everyone who has issues with the company to receive help or get refunds simply go to your banking app and raise a dispute. They will deal with the issue directly with the “company” and you will get a refund immediately!

So further to my review posted on 13th March with regards to an order having been placed on 31st January which hadn’t arrived. Contacted customer services on numerous occasions without any response, requested a refund, still no response..gave up in the end and just chalked it up to experience . Blow me down just had notification from Royal Mail to say my parcel from The Little Ones has just been delivered, unbelievable!!!

SHOCKING! I would avoid this company like the plague. They'll take your money and nothing will arrive. I had a WhatsApp message asking if my order had arrived and I said it hadn't then then they replied saying they'd "speak to the team" since then nothing. No replies to my emails or on WhatsApp. Like loads of other people I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered my item.

Absolute scam! Never received item ordered (toddler slippers) and when you attempt to email the email address provided your emails don’t go through, no response on social media platforms either!

Do not order from this company!!! They take your money and do NOT send your order!!
Unable to contact them or any form of social media as messages don’t deliver and the email address is not found!!
Avoid at all costs!!

Please don’t buy from this company! The delivery service is really poor and the customer service is non existent. Worst of all, the quality of the product is one of the worst I’ve ever came across.
After receiving a teddy seat, 6 weeks later than expected, I put it in the bin as it was absolute rubbish! It was going to cost me money to send it back and i didn’t want to spend a penny more on this company. Shop around and avoid at all costs, thd products look nothing like the photos on their website.

I’ve just read reviews and I agree with them. Dreadful company. Don’t deliver goods and don’t answer emails. They are a bunch of thieves

Do not use this company I ordered the 4 feb 24 and I’ve had no response from the company I’ve sent 3 messages. They have taken my money with no goods. I will be going to the bank.

I ordered a fox blanket for my unborn grandchild 18th January 24 I've waited way past the delivery time specified and the blanket still hasn't arrived. I've sent 2 emails left a message on their social media and made a phone call non of which have been replied too. This company is corrupt they take your money then don't deliver the goods I'm left no option but to get my money back through my bank.

Late delivery past Christmas when ordered during Black Friday weekend. Toy was not correct (smaller size) and did not resemble photo at all. Replied to first email but since I have had no response and zero offer of refund or compensation. Do not use!

I had to wait 5 weeks for my order and when it arrived they had sent 4 of the same item and 2 of another all sizes that were incorrect I contacted them to return and all I got back was an email saying we will look at your request and get back to you and that was Jan 4th 2024 I have emails numerous times but absolutely nothing back my order altogether was £167. I am so very very disappointed and frustrated

Ordered Xmas gift beginning of Dec. Still waiting for it to arrive. I have contacted them on numerous occasions and had one reply in mid December saying it’s on route. No refund or communication DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!! Wish I had read these reviews beforehand

Shocking company!! Do not order!! Placed my order 29th December £50 !! Nothing !! Have emailed numerous times ,nothing !!

I am horrified by these reviews! I emailed over 5 weeks ago asking if the item would arrive before Christmas. They said it may not be so I asked for a refund. I have emailed nearly 11 times with only 1 response saying ‘have you filled in a return form?’ Which clearly they know I have because I’ve quoted my reference for a refund number. Horrific service. We received the item way too late for Christmas and it is now sitting there and we are £20 down trying desperately to return.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I could cry with what I’ve received for the money I’ve paid. No one responding to emails so unable to return. No contact number. Please don’t do the same as what me and many others have unfortunately done.

Awful company, stealing money from people! After 2-3 months of waiting no order no response and no return. This is ILLEGAL. I think it's best whoever is reading these to go to their Instagram and report as fraud ! They should not be allowed to do this

I have yet to hear from this people! Ordered a gift on Dec 1st expecting it to arrive before Xmas and I am still waiting for the items and an explanation why it still hasn’t arrived. I can’t find a contact number and, belatedly, checked the reviews now. I will find another social media to warn other potential customers not to order from The Little Ones. It’s only decent to reply in a timely manner especially as we paid upfront. They have my money and I have nothing!
