The little loop are great. They’ve helped me dramatically cut back on the amount of new clothes I buy for my child.
On the rare occasion when something goes wrong, their Customer Service is always quick to help me sort it out.

Great place for pre-loved clothes
Easy checkout, speedy delivery. Fantastic products at an amazing price. I'd much rather spend my money on great quality clothing that will continue to be passed on. I'd much rather trust a genuine site like this for purchasing pre-loved clothing than sites specifically made for selling your clothing yourself (too many people close to me have had nothing but issues with these other sites). Having access to ethical and sustainable brands is a HUGE win for us too - the quality if much much better.

Great selection. Some “satisfactory” quality pieces are a bit overpriced as they were quite stretched and stiff from many washes and stained. But a great concept overall.

Customer service is second to none. So helpful and friendly. The choices of clothes are beautiful and really easy to manage. I love that I can swap out clothes as the weather takes a turn (a classic for Britain - let's be honest). It means I'm buying way less clothes and it's a lot less stressful thinking what do I need versus want. It gives you best of both worlds! Let's not forget how much more sustainable it is too. The amount of water that's used to make cotton goods is astronomical so any way to reduce that is a plus for me.

IVE BEEN VERY TRANSPARENT WITH YOU ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED AND I WAS TOLD IN SUCH A COLD MANNER THAT YOU, AS A COMPANY DO NOT LISTEN TO INDIVIDUAL CASES AND WILL NOT EVEN CONSIDER EVEN VERY UPSETTING CIRCUMSTANCES. In response to little loop: i did reach out to you. Email.and ask for a solution, i never have said im not willing to pay, you havent even given me an oppurtunity to reach a resolution as you so like to use that word. Youve emailed me and demanded i pay £120 by the end of today, not sure if im crazy or unreasonale but that sounds quite threatening to me. I think you can see theres a review below mine which is also talking about the same issue.
You keep saying the same thing, your a smal business and you work hard etc etc. There's a reason why your a small husiness and havent grown, because of this situation exactly! Like like ive said in my email, transfer my case to a debt collection agency!
Awful correspondence and threatening emails with wrong information. It's taken over a year for anyone to contact me regarding clothes that haven't been sent back (un intentionally) Due to personal circumstances such as moving home and becoming unemployed, they are now demanding £100 a month all of a sudden! Not interested in hearing personal circumstances or the taking into consideration they haven't made contact with me at all! Then i receive an email saying an email was sent me in error because it has been transferred to the recovery team, followed by another email asking me to pay them £420. So which one is it? My case has been given to a debt collection agency or its a threat? No information on how to pay, when etc just a threatening email chasing for money. Stay well clear! Things happen in life and these need to be taken into consideration. I have offered to pay, never tried to get away from that but absolutely no leniency and springing a huge £420 to be paid ASAP is unreasonable. Also, i was told in an email that I had until the end of fhe say today to make payment. Really! Can totally see why your a small business if you treat people like this!

EDITED: Unfortunately, we have encountered more situations recently where individuals have failed to fulfill their payment obligations for the clothing they have rented from thelittleloop. While we have made every effort to handle these situations with care and understanding, after losing over a £1000 to someone to whom we gave the benefit of the doubt, we have now had to create a more standard process to recover our belongings.
We understand that this may trigger further discussions and reviews, but as a small business, it is essential for us to protect our interests and ensure the sustainability of our operations. We kindly ask for your support in upholding our terms and conditions regarding payments and returning rented items.

I'm sorry to hear about your frustration. I'd like to provide some clarity on the situation.
I want to assure you that we take our communication with members seriously, and we notify our members immediately when a payment fails. In an effort to find a resolution, we offered to waive ALL fees if the rented items were returned. When it was discovered that the items couldn't be returned, we suggested that you only pay for the cost of the clothes rented from us and not the associated costs. Additionally, we proposed a payment plan to make it more manageable for you.
Please understand that as a small team, we strive to serve our loyal community while ensuring fair and consistent policies for all members. We genuinely appreciate that personal circumstances can impact individuals, but it is challenging for us to manage small payment plans or forgive large debts without compromising our ability to operate. As a small business, we rely on the revenue generated from our services to sustain ourselves and support our team of hard-working mums and loyal paying customers.
We apologise if there was any confusion regarding the transfer of your case to the recovery team. Our intention is not to threaten but rather to find a resolution that works for both parties involved. We understand the importance of clear communication and will review our conversation and if needed implement steps to ensure better transparency in the future.

So happy to have found little loop
So happy to have found little loop! I joined about a month ago and I am so impressed by the quality of the clothing. I have managed to kit my little boy out with some gorgeous clothes- that I would never have been able to afford to otherwise with the added bonus that it is better for the environment. I even have rented a few bits for my older boy with my subscription. All the clothes are brilliant quality and I just love my experience so far ❤️

We love the little loop
We love the little loop! As a one child house hold we don’t get handmedowns and don’t have anyone to give our baby clothes to. The little loop gives us access to the best sustainable brands at a fraction of the price and I have zero guilt when my daughter grows out of the clothes. I would recommend this company to anyone with children! It is excellent value for money.
