Super fast delivery. The web site structure made it easy to find the appropriate items. The specifications were clearly stated and easy to understand.

Great range of quality unusual fittings just what I had been looking for. Staff really helpful as matching pendant light was out of stock but they were able to show me and source similar style fitting and then added replacement glass shade onto site for me to purchase.

Absolutely abysmal service. Lamp arrived and was installed. One of the glass shades didn't fit. I alerted them immediately. Despite repeated reassurances, no replacement has arrived. They either employ people who are incapable of communicating/doing their job OR they're a bunch of crooks. Not sure which... AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Edit: Company finally made contact only to blame ME for not returning the lamp before a new one was sent out (their employee had agreed to send a new lamp out in this circumstance due to the lamp already being installed on the wall and wired in). Zero communication between parties at the company ... This is taking up so much of my time. Next step will be contacting PayPal.

Update: I gave them more chances to resolve the issue. False promises made, no response to email, no promised phone call back. PayPal alerted and ruled in my favour. I'd advise against using this company but if you feel you must, use PayPal and fight your case. Trading standards will also be alerted.

Bought a replacement glass shade for an old desk lamp. I'd been having trouble finding anything suitable but Thelightingcentre had just what I wanted. Service was first class - ordering was easy and the item arrived next working day, well packed and secure. Very pleased and happy to recommend the company on the basis of my experience.

Quality lampshade, which matches my others, so really pleased. It was a straightforward website to use, found what I wanted so easily, bought it, paid standard postage, it was here the next day and well packaged as well! What more could I want? Thank you.

Straight forward service and prompt delivery.

I ordered and paid for the light bulbs on the 4th of December. Delivery was promised in 2 to 3 days. Goods still haven’t arrived. I rang this morning, left a message and my mobile number and was promised someone would call me back promptly.
I’m still waiting for the call.

Avoid, happy to take your money, but any issues, no help, no refund/replacement. Ordered trendi sockets and switches for the house. 3 arrived damaged. Rocker swithc not attached. After reattaching, still not working. Despite calls and emails I have been pretty much ignored. Was told replacements would be sent, but nothing.

The variety, the quality, the best, your company in my opinion Has something for everyone’s taste.

Fantastically fast delivery as promised. Really impressive as ordered on a Sunday. Highly recommend.

Delivered on time as promised and in working order

Ordered bulbs on the 20th Oct. They haven't arrived. Emailed them last week. No reply. Trying to speak to them on live chat today. No response. Have they gone bust?

Buy one or buy ten, the postage remains the same. Would like reduced or free postage if a certain number of a product is bought or a minimum spend.

I placed an order on 16th September with a 2-3 working day delivery window. The order wasn’t delivered and despite 4 emails (unanswered) and 2 calls (unanswered) I don’t have my order or a refund as I can’t get through to anyone.

Arrived in good condition well packaged. An interesting shape, nice fabric, go very well in our bedroom.

Very happy with product we purchased ,well wrapped ,disappointed with the delivery which is nothing to do with the supplier ,just wasent informed when delivery would arrive therfore missed the delivery and had to go and collect ourselves.
