Be very careful and read the fine print.

I had multiple instances where LCF’s ledger showed “missed payments,” yet my bank statements clearly showed the debits had already cleared. Despite this, fees were assessed anyway.

They also charged $2,500 for not providing a bank statement within 48 hours—which is buried in the agreement and easy to miss if you’re running an actual business.

That said, if you request a reconciliation and proactively communicate, they will work with you and correct issues, especially if you explain delays in accounts receivable (which is literally what this type of funding is supposed to account for).

They are strict, fee-heavy, and paperwork-driven. If you don’t stay on top of documentation and reconciliation requests, it can get expensive fast.

Bottom line: usable capital, but not forgiving, and definitely not “set it and forget it.
