The Knotted Touch Recenzje

I am absolutely over the moon and love the
item I purchased, great service and quick delivery.

High quality product. Great customer service.

Would definitely get items from this company. Super fast delivery and the item exceeded my expectation.

It is beautifully made and looks perfect in the location I had planned it for.

Ordered one of the macrame light shades when the shop was closed (the website made it very clear when orders would be dispatched but I didn't want to miss out on the shade). Had a lovely email from Sandra to let me know when the item would be dispatched (totally unexpected as I had seen the shop was closed etc) but really appreciated the message and update.
The lamp shade arrived when stated and I absolutely love it.
The quality is much better than ones I've seen in shops / cheaper versions on etsy. So glad I spent a little extra. Can't wait to finish decorating, so I can hang the shade. It's stunning!!

Looks great. For nursery.

Very pleased with the lampshade and service. Excellent quality

Sandra was on the ball, very customer focused and communicated whenever necessary to let me know when the piece was ready for shipping etc. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and the Macrame piece was wonderful too!

Beautiful light shade - tassel boho light. Looks perfect in my baby’s nursery.
Speedy delivery and easy to order.

Golly gosh, I love it, just what I wanted. It looks fantastic positioned over my dining table.
It is extremely well made. The design is very good, chunky, and most of all stylish.

I am so happy with my purchase.

Beautiful product and quickly delivered, had some questions and communication was brilliant really pleased thank you x

Lovely quality products. Will definitely buy again! So gorgeous.

I bought a gift from The Knotted Touch for a friend to be shipped directly to her, so mentioned during ordering that it was a gift. Sandra kindly emailed me and asked if I’d like to include a note which was very thoughtful and a nice personal touch. The item was shipped swiftly and arrived earlier than expected which was lucky as it arrived on her birthday! My friend was thrilled with the item and has said what lovely quality it is. Wonderful product and amazing customer service, I will definitely be buying myself a few items from The Knotted Touch!

The piece is ridiculously gorgeous. I commissioned a piece to the exact dimensions we needed and the knotted touch made it within a week and got it to me so fast. Even more gorgeous than the photos

Great product, really pleased with it. Delivery was perfect x would use the knotted touch again
