Updated review - after the speaking with the owner who is rectifying issues and we are satisfied with his help. He was incredibly understanding and sympathetic with our problems and could see where communications had failed with customer services .

This is a long read but if you are thinking of going with Kitchen Depot be warned !!!

Please be aware if using kitchen depot based in Shrewsbury and Telford - we purchased our kitchen from them and it was fitted in August 2024. The first problem we had was the day the appliances were meant to arrive, we discovered the sales person there had forgotten to order them and was on holiday . We were left to sort this problem which we did but it ended up costing more. It was then discovered that the fridge freezers plug would not reach- whilst this wasn’t ideal we needed to be able to have access to switch it off if needed. We provided a surge protection extension lead to protect it and the house . Fast forward to less than 12 months the fitted soft close pantry wasn’t closing - fitter came out and couldn’t find issue . Then a few months after that one of the hinges literally ripped out of the cupboard and couldn’t be screwed back in as it was spinning . The cupboard had failed . We were told we would be sent something in the post to fix it . However our argument was if we do it wrong and cause damage we would be liable . Then (honest to god this is a true story ) 4 weeks ago our fridge freezer was making a very load noise then went bang !!! It was switched off and we knew it needed repair (it had a 5 yr warranty and was purchased in August 2023) however when pulling out the fridge we discovered they had cut the lead of the extension lead and removed the plug off the fridge and spliced them together . This voided out warranty so we had to purchase a new one . Kitchen Depot were called several times about all of these issues and said they would call back but never did. After chasing they told us on Monday that if we don’t repair the cupboard ourself we would be charged by the fitter to fix it- when we asked about the warranty on the cupboards were were told we only actually get 1 yr warranty in the cupboards and that it was between us and the fitter . However when questioned “what does the warranty cover”? They couldn’t answer and actually said “well after 18 months you expect wear and tear “🤬🤬🤬🤬 this is disgusting with how much it cost.
In relation to the fridge freezer they say it isn’t them and don’t want to know
Right so let’s recap :
1)Customer services are crap - you will be chasing them for weeks unless they want your money then they are very responsive . When you are continually having to chase them they get shitty, no notes are ever taken so every time you call up you have to go over the issues again and again and even though promised they never call back !!!
2) the warranty they say you have you don’t !!! Ask lots of questions about this !!!
3) They provide fitters for your kitchen (I want to add here our fitter was brilliant - they are blaming him for their cupboards and materials failing ).
They will not accept any responsibility for errors or failings or errors .

We trusted them with our first kitchen design , we trusted them with an incredible amount of money . If I could turn the clock back we would have gone somewhere else ….

From the moment he came to measure up until the finished product, everything went like clockwork.
The tradesmen were all very respectful of my property and all communicated with each other.

Kitchen Depot in Falkirk provided excellent customer service throughout the planning and installation of my kitchen. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

Just had a complete kitchen installation including small extension from Bishopbriggs Kitchen Depot. Jill (Kitchen Designer) totally absorbed what we were looking to achieve and gave us some innovative design ideas which I would never have thought of. There was no pressure just an abundance of solutions to fit the budget. Davie the lead fitter was a breath of fresh air with his approach to the build and installation keeping us up to date at every stage. Davie and his team were meticulous and determined to make the whole process seamless. I feel they went the extra mile . I needed a company that would do everything design, demolish, build, plaster, plumbing, electrics, and flooring. Quality of products awesome no MDF here. I now have my dream kitchen and absolutely delighted with the end result, couldn’t recommend Bishopbriggs Kitchen Depot enough!

Well what can I say from the beginning working with Clare our designer at Kitchen Depot at Cambuslang who has the patience of a saint to the kitchen fitters lead by Stewart who was fantastic and his team of tradesmen that were involved were fabulous easy to talk to and understood exactly what we needed and wanted done. Nothing was a problem, would recommend Kitchen Depot to anyone thinking of either upgrading or re-modelling their kitchen.

Great team and communication every step of the way. From measuring up, planning through to installation we were kept notified all the way to job completion, and what a fantastic kitchen we have in our small house. Colourful, brighter and more space...Rob and his team worked wonders and at a price that the Big boys could not match.

We used Kitchen Depot Letchworth to carry out a complete kitchen removal and new installation. We chose Kitchen Depot after getting 3 quotes and decided that the design by Chloe at Kitchen Depot was the best and the price was competitive. The 3d images provided at the start closely match the finished kitchen and we are delighted with the end result. Their communications throughout were excellent. The quality of the kitchen units is excellent too. Special praise must go to Rob who removed the old and installed the new kitchen and designed and fitted some bespoke elements. Quartz worksurfaces installed by Italia Stone are also superb. Flooring by associated company EW Flooring is excellent too. Many thanks to Chloe, Jess and all the team.

We recently had our kitchen renovated by Kitchen Depot (Hemel Hempstead), and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish.
From the very beginning, the design process with Wesley and his lovely family was smooth and enjoyable. They were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what we wanted from our new kitchen. Their advice and attention to detail helped bring our vision to life.
When it came to the installation, Jack and his team were brilliant. They fitted the entire kitchen to a very high standard and were always friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. Nothing ever seemed too small or too much trouble for them—they consistently went out of their way to make sure everything was completed perfectly.
The whole team made the process stress-free, and the final result is a kitchen we absolutely love. I would definitely recommend Kitchen Depot to anyone considering a kitchen renovation, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

We purchased a kitchen from The Kitchen Depot, Hillington, Glasgow and from first visit, to designing with Marcus, to fitting, everything has been first class.
The kitchen fitters, Douglas and Paul have fitted a kitchen which is above our expectations.
Douglas, the senior fitter, effectively coordinated all the required tradesmen, plumber, plasterer, electrician, so that our kitchen was completed hassle free in 5 days.
Both Douglas and Paul went above and beyond and showed outstanding professionalism and knowledge to fit our kitchen, dealing with any fitting hurdles that presented.
Nothing was a problem and both always had a ‘can do’ attitude to complete the job to our full satisfaction.
I would have no problem in recommending The Kitchen Depot to friends, family and others and imo Douglas, the senior fitter, is one of the calmest and most knowledgeable tradesmen I have ever encountered.
Thank you for giving us a kitchen we didn’t think was possible. The quality of the kitchen is so much higher than expected.

The most positive experience with the friendliest staff I have encountered. Just reached out for support re integrated washing machine after an installation 10 year ago and met with the most responsive assistance I could wish for and issue wasn’t even their responsibility, Solved like a dream. 10 years later kitchen still looks brand new, was very affordable then, quality indeed x Thank you so much Yvonne and team at The Kitchen Depot Hillington.

Please note this review is specific to the product/design consultant we dealt with at the kitchen depot Hillington.
This is not a review of the kitchen depot as ultimately we did not purchase our kitchen from them.

We dealt with Marcus Faulkner from our initial contact and subsequently several times afterwards. Marcus was absolutely fantastic, a credit to the kitchen depot. He helped enormously with a design, made suggestions when asked for his professional opinion and his communication was first class. Any time we were promised a design update, question answered etc it was always given in the time frame agreed. Marcus went out of his way to source a worktop my wife liked, even though it was not a range the kitchen depot offered. In the end we came down to choosing between two kitchens, one being from a competitor. They were similarily priced and the only reason we went with the competitor was one slight detail on their kitchen which my wife loved.
We would recommended Marcus unhesitatingly for the way he dealt with us and his communication.

What a great service we received from Kitchen Depot Wolverhampton, from our initial meeting with Ben in their showroom, to site survey, design, delivery, installation & sign off, everything ran smoothly and on-time.

Our kitchen was an unusual design, and we wanted something different, as storage space was limited. Over the past couple of years we had spoken with a number of kitchen companies who had basically offered the same design as we had, with new cupboards etc, nothing different.

Ben at Kitchen Depot Wolverhampton listened to what we were saying to him, and came up with a unique design, which not only maximised storage space, provides a larger floor space, but looks great as well.

We did tweak the design a little which was never a problem with Ben and finally settled on, what we thought, was a very competitively priced kitchen.

Aaron, the kitchen fitter, also surveyed the kitchen before work began, to make sure he understood our requirements. Aaron arrived on time every day, worked a full day, and tidied up before leaving. The morning of the 1st day he carefully stripped out our original kitchen (we had a buyer for it so didn't want it damaging) and cracked on with the installation of our new one.
We cannot fault Aaron's work ethic or his attention to detail.
Around 10 days after the kitchen was completed, Ben came round to sign it off and see if there was any minor snagging we had found, there was only one which is being attended to.

Overall, a great process from beginning to end with absolutely none of the problems sometimes heard of from different companies.

We would not hesitate in recommending Kitchen Depot Wolverhampton.

A massive thank you has to go out to the whole team at the Kitchen Depot Rosyth for transforming our kitchen, we're so pleased with the finish and the result. our project not only involved a new kitchen

From the helpful, knowledgeable and showroom staff to Mick the fitter / builder guru and his team of trades. Nothing to much bother, nothing too trivial, every query answered in a timely manner and actioned. The quality of the finish is first class and the partner businesses (Rocca Stone - Glasgow, Andrew Allan Architecture - Rosyth and Carpet & Flooring Store - Rosyth) played their part in working with the installers, and fitting the Amtico flooring and Quartz worktops and splashbacks to complement the kitchen and organising the building warrants and legal side. All 3rd parties organised and managed in conjunction with Mick and there wasn't a day without an email report with the progress and next steps.

The whole experience from start to finish was smooth, stress free and 1000% professional. We are delighted with the results and having the wall down makes the house so much more liveable and practical.

If anyone is going to update their kitchen, you couldn't really go past these guys.

Excellent choice of cabinets. I’m delighted with the kitchen which is now complete. The Kitchen Fitters, Al & Cal, were great and completely trustworthy. They and their whole team fitted in with my busy schedule and were always there on time, working hard to get the kitchen in place and were always happy to look at areas of difficulty and find solutions.
I would recommend them with no qualms to anyone needing work done in their home- a first class team

From our initial visit to the Telford showroom with little idea how our kitchen might be re-designed, to today's "sign off" visit from Chris, one of the business's owners and Harriet, our kitchen designer, nothing has been too much trouble. Our 25 year old drawer line kitchen with granite work surfaces was still in reasonable shape. I was concerned that we would spend a lot of money only to end up with a similar layout, just with a more modern door design but Harriet proved me wrong. She was happy for us to book as many design sessions with her as necessary (and pester her with phone calls and emails when unsure) until we couldn't see a way to improve on the design with any further tweaks. Harriet found a way to design a very different kitchen in the same space and managed to include features that we wanted, that other kitchen suppliers we tried just couldn't squeeze in. My wife wanted cupboards replaced with large easy access drawers and full height slide out units, and when we saw one in the showroom, we also opted for a corner larder unit. It wasn't until the kitchen was finished that I realised how transformational this would be. Every difficult to access corner was made accessible. The larder unit puts all the cupboard contents right where you can see them, and holds an enormous amount. Everything that used to be in a dark hidden and inaccessible space in the old cupboards is now easily accessible, and not an inch of wasted space exists anywhere. The installers Steve and Joe implemented the design perfectly and couldn't have been more professional or friendly to engage with. Again - a few tweaks here and there that I asked for were no trouble to them. The end result is amazing. A beautiful and truly practical transformation of our kitchen and utility rooms. We couldn't be happier! Chris and his team are lovely people to deal with. I highly recommend the Kitchen Depot when the time comes to replace your kitchen!

We recently had our kitchen designed by Harriet, the manager at Kitchen Depot, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough.

From the very beginning, she was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. She answered every single question we had (and there were a lot!) and made what could have been a really overwhelming process feel completely seamless from start to finish.

Harriet really took the time to understand exactly what we wanted from our space and brought our vision to life in a way that was both practical and beautiful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her communication throughout was amazing — we always felt informed and reassured at every stage.

The whole transition from planning to finalising the design was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable thanks to her.

If you’re thinking about a new kitchen, I would highly recommend asking for Harriet. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients really set her apart.
