Participating in the women's healing circle was truly delightful. The atmosphere was incredibly soothing and secure, offering a wonderful opportunity to connect with other women. It provided a welcoming space to delve into personal matters without fear of judgment.

Wonderful experience of gentle yoga with sound healing ending. Teacher is very good compassionate and helpful in bringing harmony in the class. The extra touch of reflexology made this journey all divine.

The women’s healing circle was a joy to be part of. It was very gentle and safe place to be and lovely to be with other women and be able to have space to explore personal issues in a nonjudgmental environment

Lisa’s yoga and soundbath was just amazing! I went in feeling stressed, and by the end, I felt so calm and refreshed. Her voice is super soothing, and the soundbath part was something else—like you could feel the sound just melting away all the tension. She made everything feel welcoming and easy to follow, even if you’re not a yoga pro. I left feeling totally recharged and relaxed. Definitely recommend trying it out!

Love these yoga and sound bath sessions, they rejuvenate my body and mind.

Wonderful Sessions held 3 times a week from Yoga to Meditation and even Art.
Each one is so well organised and held in a nice clean space where you feel like you are part of a group of people with the same interests.
Lisa is a wonderful Lady and so multi talented putting her knowledge and abilities to such great things in the community.
We are so lucky to have Lisa to run these sessions and events for us. She motivates us to do something about our health, our wellbeing and our mental health and she is an asset to this community

Lisa introduced us to new yoga techniques and flows. She led us through it at a pace suitable for all and finishing on a calming and soothing note.
The meditation session on the 8th was a good combination of active half hour followed by reike healing and relaxation.

Every session with karma mama is a gift. Even if you don't know how to do everything correctly from first time, you are still left in a state of serenity and comfort from within. Theres no way there's a better initiative in the NW9 area!

As always Lisa delivered a fantastic Meditation & reiki session. It is the highlight of my week when I can attend. The physical & mental wellbeing I experience is out of this world.

Candle lit yoga class. Lighting and ambience great, brilliant instructor, showed and done all exercises. Managed most of them, worked up a sweat, thoroughly enjoyed it, looking forward to next week.

Great session. Gentle yoga practice followed by a wonderful sound bath - I've enjoyed it a lot!
