Non responsive customer service.. they are saying I need to upload better photo (where nothing is wrong with my photo) but even when I try to upload nothing happens.. takes back to the page saying account is blocked. I didn’t even get to use the app and they blocked me.

The app itself is not bad. The problem is that there is no customer service. I was charged for the full membership as once you agree for the free trial, despite you don’t continue the premium subscription, the money gets directly from the phone or card you registered to the company. I sent a claim to the company and after 2 weeks I have no reply. It is impossible to contact them, no phone contact, no chat service, only one email.

Rubbish! Waste your time registering then it sits for over a month 'awaiting profile review' while still asking you to refer friends...

Slechte datingsite. Veel te duur voor wat er geboden wordt: sommige zijn niet eens lid meer. Dan kun je alleen een bericht sturen bij een match of via een 06nummer. Ook geen reactie ontvangen bij een automatische verlening dat ik dat wilde herroepen. Eigenlijk nog niet eens 1 ster waard dit.

Very poor matching functionality. Doesn’t allow you to filter well which matches will be offered daily.

Also the company doesn’t care about safety or experience of their users. Someone can harass you with multiple messages, not only on the app but on social media. You will tell them politely don’t message again. Those users complain and your account is blocked for no reason. They don’t review communication. They also don’t care what is happening beyond the app, but fast to block amid someone complains.

The customer service takes ages to get back to you and usually not very helpful.

I would advise to use some better apps

I came back to edit this review. They accepted my profile, finally and it seems to be working but I will leave it at 4 stars because of what others said about fake profiles and the deleted Google review. I might change it to 5 if I have a different experience than others.

I signed up for IC, and started browsing profiles of women, 90% of them looked posh and sophisticated. But when you sign up for premium services all you see is trash. They lure you into paying premium price by showing instagram life photos of attractive women, but in reality none of it seem real. Also, after signing up I was immediately liked by some woman, but you can’t see her face until and unless you pay subscription fee. I logged in the next day and that like had disappeared :D

So this Inner Circle .... is a disaster, they blocked me without any consideration or refund and never gave me the option to cancel my account. In order to bill me endlessly.

I will sue them in civil court easily and win, if they won't change their ways. Time to stop this app.

Just as I thought I came here to give a review and I understand why you only have barely two stars this site is a Scam they ask you to pay £10 one time then they take money out of your account without any notification then when you write to query what happened and why and if you could get a refund? they ignore you!!

terrible! as a 40 year old you get a lot of spam from little boys aged 20-22. You cannot turn this off. Inner Circle is very expensive and you only get spam in return

I only joined for one month paid 20£, they said on their advert only 20£ but then at then on the 29th of September they charged me 40£. I cancelled my subscription immediately and ask for my money back but they dont replied. I'll have to report them to the bank in order to get my money back and get a new bank card incase they do any more charges.."be careful"

The customer service of this app on their email is the most awful terrible experience on earth! Absolutely ridiculous. It takes ages to get verified as if they are actually verifying anything but mostly a show to make it look cool!

Met de gratis versie kun je feitelijk niets dus je wordt gedwongen te betalen. Je kunt berichten ontvangen van iedereen (als je wil) en dan komen er heeeeeeel veel berichten van vooral jonge gasten die snel willen scoren. Al na een paar zinnen komen de verzoeken om sex of dirty talk. Geen app voor serieuze zaken!!

They never reply and you never seem to get approved. Deleted my account after 6days of waiting when they promise up to 72hours (3days)

1. If you want delete your account. you can delete. (Fully unprofessional and racist behaviours)

3. We don't know when we Will give you activation mail

I registered in inner circle website some weeks ago, sent my details, verified my profile, approved after some weeks. To my greatest surprise I was blocked immediately I subscribed to my account, I became so sad and worried

I have sent my details twice now to be approved and a month later I have not heard anything back from them. I know others who havw also experienced this with Inner Circle. Best to avoid!
