The Indulgence Recenzje

Excellent company to deal with. Delicious chocolates and delivered promptly.

Have had these chocs before and they were lovely
I bought 2 bags of 24 this time ( 1 for my mum )
Mine tasted stale but she said hers were lovely
I'm not sure I would buy them again as they're pretty expensive

What a fantastic choice. I would highly recommend this company. We have never been disappointed with any purchase.

Chocolates are very good quality , great packaging .

Website was shocking. I tried for days to get my order placed for my husbands birthday and it wouldn’t work. Kept saying order cancelled 😞 Customer service was helpful and eventually I got them but it really was a long drawn out process. Don’t think I will be using them again as there is other chocolatier’s on the market that deliver without the stress!!

Fast delivery and items well packed. Great communication.
The chocolates are all amazing. I recommend this company.

No email confirmation. Had to chase to see where order was. Person on email was helpful to get it sorted.

Always love the amazing choice of these chocolates! Makes my presents personal as well as delicious!

I love this company - chocolates are superb. Both my mother's loved the selection I chose and appreciated the quality. I just hope someone gifts me a box.

As I said in my previous survey I was disappointed as my product had not arrived which is why I gave a poor rating. Ironically I had completed the survey prior to the product arriving later, and I realise that it is a problem with the courier company. Moving on the Mother's Day chocolates have arrived which is the main thing and I will continue to purchase from the company as I am very happy with their products.

Chocolates were superb...Pity that Evri were late on dipatch and delivery..

These are the most luxurious chocolates I’ve ever had. I love coffee chocolates (can’t actually stand coffee as a drink but love the smell!!) They are number 1 in my list of favourite things.

Brilliant to be able to choose favourite chocolates, Arrived quickly, reasonable price for something different and the chocolates were lovely

Delicious chocolates. You can even
Choose which ones suit you.
Any queries and Glenn replies very quickly.

Chocolate was lovely as always. Very disappointed with your response re the courier. It was a gift for valentine's and to be thrown over my garden gate left them broken

Delicious chocolates. So many to choose from. High quality and quick dispatch. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Convenience, speedy delivery, competitive price. Excellent taste experience.
One small criticism, as all the chocolates ordered were dark dropping in a milk one due to stock availability was a bit of a no no and cost you a star. Doubling up on an ordered dark one would have been better.

Delicious chocolates which arrived promptly

Paid for express delivery due on Valentine’s Day. Still not received the day after. They use Evri for deliveries so that means I’ll never order from here again. Shame.
Edit- item received 2 days late
