I used to dread phone issues, thinking I'd be without my device for weeks, dealing with my mobile provider.
The I Lab completely changed that! They offer such a fantastic local repair service - Super Quick turnaround and even have a range of reasonably priced handsets for sale should yours be unpreparable, we've just purchased our sixth handset from their, I would recommend without hesitation their services to family and friends.

Excellent service. We tried a couple of other phone shops in Barnstable first who wanted to charge between £40 and £60 for the charging port not working on my iPhone . We decided to go to ilab who said it was a simple bit of fluff inside. He removed it and said no charge. It’s good to see an honest service from a business and we will definitely be returning to buy a new phone from this shop. Thank you so much for your help.

Another excellent service from iLab. There are lots of different repair services around but I know I can trust these guys! Their knowledge of Apple products is unsurpassed and if they can't help with the problem, they'll be honest and upfront, offering advice and other options. If they notice anything on your phone which could affect the repair, they'll point it out and let you know beforehand and no work is done without your consent. No unexpected charges here, folks! Their fair pricing means you won't be ripped off, £69 for a screen replacement with a premium screen, screen protector and case.....the phone came back to us looking brand new.
I would NOT go anywhere else, I'm truly grateful that we have these absolute wizards in Barnstaple. They're trustworthy, reliable and knowledgeable so you can bet your device is in excellent hands.
Oh, and did I mention that the staff are rather nice people too!
