Worst customer service ever ! Paid for express delivery but took 11 days to get to me? The top I got has absolutely no shape ! Don’t shop here the Iconic was always my go to place to buy from but the last 2 years like everyone has said they have gone down hill big time!

I purchased a knitted jumper from iconic for $120 reduced down from $160. It was washed once on its own on a very gentle cycle with wool wash. It came out looking like this. Completely ruined

I contact iconic and after two weeks 3 calls and numerous emails they offered me 10% $12... what a joke. They're becoming like any other shonky operator out there.

Sent me the wrong shoes TWICE in a row, by that time the shoes I had ordered were out of stock. Why on earth would you not check to make sure you shoes are correct if you’ve already sent the wrong ones. So frustrating and I won’t be shopping there again.

I'm still waiting for my refund a week after they confirmed receipt of the returned item. It's unacceptable that it takes more than one week to process a refund. I have followed up a few times and each time its the same answer, that the refund is in progress and could take another week. I will not be returning to this site again.

i purchased items from The Iconic, the items were received in a timely manner, and the dresses were great quality at decent prices. Overall, I was pleased with my shopping experience. thankyou iconic.

BUT BECAUSE I PAID THROUGH AFTERPAY MY REFUND IS DEDUCTED THROUGH AFTERPAY FIRST BEFORE I RECEIVE MINE. SO I PAID $75.70 AND ONLY RECEIVE $44 BACK. MINUSING THE AFTERPAY AND THE DELIVERY FEE TO A DELIVERY/ PARCEL I NEVER RECEIVED AGAIN BTW!!!! . PAID $75 AND ONLY RECEIVED $44 BACK. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

Very happy with my products, also shipping was super quick. I made multiple orders with over 20 items and all arrived before expected and all in amazing condition, each in their own little bag. Would highly recommend! Also very responsive when emailed.

Never received my order even though they told me it would be shipped by the 25th of June. I needed it the week I bought it for an event as they advertise fast shipping. I will never buy from this company again. I hope they get shut down. Absolutely disgraceful!

Apparently you are unable to return items on The Iconic if you purchase it on sale, and use a promo code on top of it. Despite the fact this isn't mentioned anywhere on the website (on the product page, on their T&Cs page, when you're about checkout online), this is apparently their rule. Such a disappointing experience with this 'hidden' rule, feels misleading to consumers. Highly recommend you stay away from The Iconic!

I have been in Lowestoft for over 10 years and must say the Iconic is my favourite go to place be it the lunch time menu which is fantastic value or the evening menu which is more extensive ,the ribs are great my fav and if you want to pig out the 3 steps to heaven .The staff in the daytime Sophie and Talula and chefs Garath and Lewis .And the evening staff who I have forgot there names but here goes The young blonde Swedish looking one and the slightly more mature brunette one regulars will know who I mean ,always exceptional service and are an asset to the company .I had lunch recently and on fathers day evening one of my sons Grandaughter a close friend and me the Dad had a memorable time and my other sons from Hertfordshire also say they love to visit but make them pay lol.This is a genuine review and reading other negative ones just cannot believe it .I must give it a 10 out of 10 for service and quality of the food and modern decor

Great shipping times, great free refunds policy.

My order was sent with some sort of moldy substance on it, it was returned via the standard exchange process (i.e. I visited the post office to print out the return label as I do not have a printer). I had to follow up for a the replacement goods to be sent. They then sent the same moldy product back to me. I asked for a solution that did not involve me needing to visit the post office again given the circumstance. They organized a courier - and then sent a label I needed to print out. I re-stated I didn't have a printer (which I had already clearly said before they booked a courier) and they ignored me. Knowing how this would play out if a courier arrived without a label printed, I went to a stationery store to print the label. I then sat at home and waited all day on the day the courier was booked - guess what? The courier never arrived. I contacted them again and their customer service representative said I needed to follow up with the courier as it was no longer their issue to deal with. I have now lodged a complaint with the Department of Fair Trading. This is unbelievable behavior from such a large name in the online retail space.

The iconic have lost the plot. I have been a loyal customer for many years, but I will no longer shop there. 3 pairs of pants with the same issue and a measly offer of $10 store credit?!

The smallest size of shoe available for some shoes (36) doesn’t fit me.

DO NOT shop here!!!!! If I could rate them with a 1 star I would! 😡. Why would any buy from this overpriced company with THE WORST customer service of all companies I have shopped with. Quality, price, customer service DISGRACEFUL!

Extremely poor customer service. Ordered an item and the order was never shipped, weeks after arguing with customer service, they finally agreed to send the order. Once arrived a month later, the item was incorrect- the item I ordered was $80 and this was a $14 item. They refused to send me the correct item until I had sent the incorrect item back, which to this day I am still waiting. Do not recommend shopping with this company whatsoever.

BEWARE: This company has lost all concept of customer service.
Tried to return a faulty skirt, they refused, and then proceeded to send me an email advising if I wanted to take things further, I should seek legal advice!!! WTF.....For a simple return on fault goods. Wow, Iconic, way to treat your customers. STAY CLEAR these people are a corporate company using shameful tactics on customers.

I ordered size US 7 and there wasn’t any cm information on the website. Following then the universal size guide this size means ~24cm lengh. However the shoes has 26.5cm and didn’t fit me. They didn’t considered it as a fault and didn’t provide a refund. So, buying in this store is like a Russian Roulette. Don’t do it

Shipping times is excellent, ordered at midday and received my item before midday the following day
