I attended the In-House Manager Bootcamp. This provided excellent training in managerial skills and plenty of 'food for thought' in particular around the psychology of change and motivation. I will certainly be using this in my working practice moving forwards.

Cath was a great teacher. I came away from the New Manager bootcamp with a lot more knowledge on how to provide feedback and deal with difficult conversation if occurred.
