The item you sent me is faulty - Redemption ANC 2 wireless earphones. left earphone not working. I've sent two emails to determine what needs to be done and am yet to hear from you. I would have thought a company like yours would have been quicker with their aftersales customer service response.

It’s a bit tricky to review an item that is still to be replaced. One ear bud didn’t work so a replacement is being sent but it is a couple of months since the order was placed.

Item was exactly how I described however I was wanting it to be used as a charger for wireless earphones (I think true champion) also from House of Marley and the charger couldn’t fit in the usb slot on the charging case. Therefore, it has become of no use for me unfortunately

Very disappointed, I have a pair of Marley earbuds myself which I purchased over a year ago and continue to work well so thought they were great. A family member purchased a pair of marley earbuds upon my recommendation. The pair my family member purchased were well taken care of and worked well, but months later the left earbud stopped turning on and charging.
I then bought a new pair of marley earbuds directly from thehouseofmarley.com.au as a gift to replace this family member’s faulty ones. I did not open the earbuds as they were a gift and wanted them to be the first to open them. They opened them to find that the left earbud will not turn on or charge. They opened them just over a month after purchase they cannot be returned according to the House of Marley returns policy found online. I don’t often write reviews but this is very sad for my young family member. Until this happened would have recommended these. I will definitely never purchase these again for myself or someone else. We would have been better off not replacing the faulty earbuds, unfortunate waste of money. Purchase these at your own risk.

It was a gift for a family member and they loved it. Perfect size, great sound and matched in with their furnishings. She loves the portability so she can take it with them on weekends away or even outside for a barbecue.

The headphones are very comfortable to wear and g the hdd red sound quality is excellent. I am very happy with my purchase.
