House Of Brands Furniture Recenzje

We received our table and chairs slightly layer then planned, however House of Brands communicated with us through WhatsApp the entire time and updated us with ETA. Furniture was of outstanding quality 👌 and was worth every penny. Highly recommended ordering from them I know we will again for other bits.

We ordered 12 dining chairs from Nadeem and he was incredibly patient whilst we changed our minds between designs!!! He kept us informed throughout the whole sales process and our new chairs arrived in a timely manner and are gorgeous - one of the 12 was faulty unfortunately- this was a manufacture error not House of Brands but Nadeem got a new chair delivered for us at no extra cost - we cannot thank him enough - without doubt the best customer service we have received and we would highly recommend this company and the patience and excellent service Nadeem has given - absolutely brilliant thank you 😊

Pictures don't do justice to the dinning set was more beautiful in reality really love my dinning set and console table, delievery was fast and the staff was helpful and swift in answering my questions will highly recommend.Only issue was the delievery guy refused to take the wrappings with him thereby leaving loads of wrapping for us other than that am impressed

Very friendly staff very happy with my table thanks so much

Let me started with giving the customer service a whole 5 stars ⭐️, helpful, professional. Delivery was fast even though they said it will take longer. For me it took 1 working day since a slot opened for delivery, the delivery men was friendly. Our dinning table and chairs is Top quality, beautiful, giving rich vibes, it is blowing our mine up with how big and beautiful they are. Definitely looking forward to buying our sofa from HOB 💯 because the quality is out of this work. I wish there was an option to add pictures to my review to justify what am saying but I hope my words are well enough for anyone wanting to buy from HOB.

Wow i am speechless with the quality of this company. The delivery drivers were so polite and nice. Pamford and Vahid really great guys, they deserve a nice raise

Absolutely beautiful very understanding of what we wanted FAST delivery will definitely shop here again

I purchased my dining table from house of brand and the service was topclass! Nadeen was so warm, welcoming, helpful and patient! Would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely go back to purchase from them! Than you! Love my dining table.

They were helpful and very informative with all the products. The staff made you feel very welcome. The furniture is very good quality beautiful. I will recommend HOB manchester to my friends and family to shop here.

Ordered basically my whole living/ dining room from this company, absolutely 10/10 service from start to finish, the staff in the shop are so polite and accommodating we needed our sofa before Halloween, and didn’t think it was possible, but our sofa which was custom made was made and ready in the shop within just under two weeks, to the highest quality, there was communication throughout the whole process via WhatsApp. The delivery was stress free and drivers really professional. Made up wouldn’t go anywhere else for all my home needs.

Ordered 150cm Marble Rome Dining Table with 2 Madrid Velvet Chairs and Madrid High Back Velvet Bench. I asked if I could swap the velvet chairs and bench to faux leather. The customer service rep responded straight away and updated my order.

They had to outsource delivery due to annual leave. When table was delivered the marble top was damaged. The customer service rep responded immediately and had a replacement top sent out within the week. The next delivery guys explained they were on holiday and sorted the new table top onto my frame. They were very friendly and helpful.
The table, chairs and bench are excellent quality, delivery was quicker than expected. The customer services rep kept me updated throughout and messaged when delivery was due with times. Also responded to any queries quickly and in a reassuring manner. I would 100% recommend and buy from House of Brands again.

Fantastic service from start to finish! Really helpful when I was deciding which combination of dining chairs and benches to get with the dining table. Delivery guys were great and advised on safe assembly. Highly recommend! Quality is superb! Can’t wait to order a console table to match!

I have bought a 2-3 seater couch from house of brands, Nad was really helpful and they done it as I wanted it, I had to wait 2 weeks but well worth the wait, it’s absolutely beautiful, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company, the delivery guys were nice, and Banford was helpful

Great customer service, fast delivery and setup. Very happy with my purchase. Thank you HOB

Very nice service and the quality of items. They deliver it and build it as well! The money worths.

The furniture are amazing. I have got all the living room from there.

The table we ordered is lovely, it came within the agreed time. Delivery time was as agreed too. Tye delivery men where professional. No issues with this. I would recommend this company. The only downfall is the wrapping that the table came in. It is a lot of wrapping and the delivery drivers did not take the wrapping as they said they were unable to dispose of it. This is an issue. But other than that, the product we bought is lovely...

Great company, got a dinning set from them and all was delivered as promised. Great staff. The guys that delivered the dinning set were amazing.
