Bought our new couch from house of brands and from start to finish the lady ( can’t remember her name sorry!) who helped us was so polite and welcoming as she answered any questions that we had and was able to sort everything there and then for us. She was very efficient and so lovely.

The two gentleman, Pamford and Shaxawan who delivered the couch were also very polite and managed to get the couch in and setup within less than 30 minutes! They were both very polite and efficient also. Will definitely be recommending to friends for future purchases! Thankyou everyone for all of your help and your impeccable customer service in all areas! You are all a credit to your employer!

Good Quality furniture delivered as communicated. Communication throughout the transaction was really good. Sales people were helpful without being pushy. The delivery and installation guys were polite hard working and very friendly.

I received my order on time, and the customer service I got when I went to the store was out of this world Hamza went out of his way in their holy month to make sure I got exactly what I wanted he was patient, he explained different beds to me, the delivery was on time and the assembly was done yo my certification.

We recently purchased a dining set for our conservatory. Nadeem was very friendly and his service is second to none, attentive and extremely helpful. He told us the wait time would be three weeks, however he managed to get it to us within a week!!
The guys that came and constructed the table and chairs were brilliant and very accomodating, moving the set a couple of times so it was in the perfect position!
Nadeem and his team are excellent and really do go the extra mile!

After being let down by a well known high stress brand I had the pleasure to meet Hamza and Faye. They both helped me pick and sorted delivery and installation of a king size bed, during a very tight timescale. Quality of the bed is 10/10 and the customer service was even better!!

The lady at the shop was very helpful and patient. Only took one week to order and get it delivered. The two gentlemen who delivered the dinning set were very helpful and called me in advance of the delivery so I have time to drive back home. Highly recommended these guys! The price is very reasonable as well!

I was a bit skeptic at first if I wanted to buy the dining set because of so many imitation online because it was on sales, I decided to give it a go.
When my gold marble dining sets arrived, it was wow! And I absolutely love it, it gives my home a royalty looks and very expensive. 😊
