The Hotel Bed Company Recenzje

Great personal service, great product knowledge and quality beds. Unlike the High Street shops where there is too many beds to choose from, The HBC has a small selective choice of beds that would suite all requirements. Gary was very accommodating with a great show room making choosing a bed an enjoyable experience. Would recommend The HBC and would nor hesitate to order another from them. Many thanks.

After sales service excellent. Thankyou Jo, for keeping me up to date on all despatch timings. On delivery day, I was able to communicate with Delivery personnel as I was not going to be home. Mattress delivered on time.
I've been using fir a few nights, and though a bit of an adjustment after years of "the foam type mattresses", I am already feeling the benefit.
Thank you!

We found the mattress as a result of a holiday on the Isle of Wight. We slept so well, we stripped the bed back to reveal the mattress maker. We ordered over the phone and had brilliant help from the

Those we spoke to.... and we ordered for about a 3 week delivery (to suit us)
It's the best decision we could have made and yhe mattress is worth every penny .

Such an incredible experience with this company - helpful with making decisions and excellent customer service. Clear on turnaround times and delivery dates. The bed is exactly how we imagined and it’s so comfortable!!

Made the whole experience painless and a pleasure speaking and dealing the people concern

Great customer service. We went for the Excellence mattress and topper which is very comfortable and great quality too. Would definitely recommend!

The mattress isn’t as comfortable as the one I slept on in the hotel we stayed in that’s why I ordered it, but I am waking up with no more back or neck pain, I supposed we just have to wait until we have slept on it for a while.

We ordered a king-size bed from the hotel bed company Along with a mattress topper and a king-size quilt and two fantastic pillows. We found the whole ordering procedure very easy the staff were polite and efficient right from the start of the order and kept us up-to-date when the bed will be delivered.
The bed is luxurious and extremely comfortable and we’ve had the best sleep since we’ve had it along with a mattress topper that made the bed even more comfortable. The storage under the bed is massive and very useful it’s easy to access and such a bonus storage area!
The men that delivered the bed were very polite and wore over shoes to avoid making our carpets dirty they erected the bed efficiently without a problem and cleared up the mess afterwards.
We are sure This bed being such a good quality and being so well-made will last us many years to come I would highly recommend the hotel bed company to anybody thinking of buying a decent bed at a reasonable price they are an excellent company ☺️

Delivered to our door and placed in sortie by the delivery team we couldn’t ask for anymore and would certainly recommend.

Absolutely loving Our new bed, mattress and topper from The Hotel Bed Company. We purchased the bed in April and has resulted in a good 8 hrs sleep every night since. The added comfort of the mattress topper gives a lovely cosy and comfortable feel as you drift off to dreamland. The service was exceptional. Thank you Hotel Bed Company

The best pillow I've ever had and I've spent loads of money on pillows. Very comfortable and at last I get a good night's sleep.

Cracking service and an excellent mattress, which, some years on seems to be holding firm.

Excellent quality mattress and topper. Would definitely purchase again.

Great product!
Planning to buy a mattress topper 😀
