Very professional and easy to deal with, especially being my 1st time they made me feel at ease.

After leaving my initial review (which I have left at the end of this update) they got in contact with me, refunded the amount paid and EVEN went ahead and setup blood tests and a consultation for me. Free of charge due to the mix up. I couldn't be happier with the service I have received. Emails were answered quickly, and I'm now on track to receiving healthcare.

I signed up and received an appointment with a doctor. During the call I was informed that I was supposed to have had a document sent to me via email to get my blood test done BEFORE the consultation.

Doctor said they'd chase it up with the admin, so I waited a few days and heard nothing. I then sent an email in myself to check what was happening and I still havent received a reply.

This was a week ago. So I don't know what's going on there but I may need to do a chargeback on my card.

Absolutely fantastic. I have felt my energy levels weren't good for a few years. I went to a Local G.P. Swan View Family Practice. And was told that my Testosterone reading of 130. Was to be expected of someone my age. Thats about 5 years ago. I wish I would have sought a second opinion straight away. It was tested again last week. Dr Patrick was horrified.
