Spice jars do not seal. The silicone is loose and the lids do not close properly. Not suitable for curry or other aromatic spices. Massively overpriced for cheap junk. Reviews on their own website are clearly filtered. Do not purchase from this company

I purchased four of the 800ml containers from The Range. After a short period of use, one of the lids started falling apart and would no longer stay together. I contacted customer service, but their response was disappointing. They pointed out that I had bought the items a few months ago and said they would have expected me to report any issues at the time of delivery. I sent photos of the faulty container and I explained that the fault had only developed recently. Their resolution to my issues is terrible, they said next time I place an order, I should add and 800ml container to my cart and only then would they refund it. They want me to spend my money in order to get a refund. The item is clearly faulty, and they should replace it without requiring me to make another purchase.

I got these to stop weavels but they don't seal properly and the bugs still get in. They look great but do not seal at all properly. Very disappointed. The spaghetti one is also not part of the pack as the tall aren't tall enough for spaghetti pasta so you need to buy that one separately. Overall very disappointing.

I ordered spice jars and labels - the labels alone cost $41 as I wanted custom and was happy to pay this. I cried when they arrived, the labels were huge. I ordered regular and wanted to put the jars in a drawer with the labels on the lids. I ended up having to create shelf space. The labels look ridiculous. The jars also do nt seal properly no matter how hard I try to make sure the rubber is correct. The Home Label told me a should have ordered small labels and it is therefore my problem. The told me to "I would suggest ensuring the silicone part is properly pushed into the jar as this may be causing the lid to not fully seal." Have tried this and they just will not seal. I spent a lot of money on the jars and labels and find the customer service to be terrible and I would NOT recommend buying from them.

Have bought a lot with home label. 6 of the spice jar lids had cracks in them and sat unevenly on the glass. Emailed and contacted Chanal 3 times. Does not want to know about it. It if your selling a product at premium price, you need to deliver.

Purchased the Glass and bamboo pantry set from thehomelabel.co.nz. Found the glass jars were faulty, incredibly fragile at the base and dangerous. Had a kitchen floor covered in glass and spent the evening picking glass out of our small dogs paws. Contacted Chanel (owner of The Home Label NZ), explained the issues and provided photographic evidence of the faults and bubbles in the glass containers and requested a refund. Chanel believes she can pick and choose how the CGA applies to her business and would not issue a refund. After several weeks of back and forth emails with Chanel, the legal team at consumer.org (thank you you wonderful people!) and finally having to report the faulty and dangerous products she is selling to productsafety.govt.nz - Chanel FINALLY issued a refund. She would not have otherwise.
Be wary of this business as they care little for what happens after they have your money.
