I’ve felt looked after from my initial enquiry with yourselves throughout the whole process. Vanessa was fantastic with our indecisive approach and provided multiple options to look at everything for the best value and convenience of flights and I feel confident she has found the best deal. There was no pushy approach I was left time to go and speak with my partner regarding the suggestions and she has been happy to answer any questions and concerns in a professional manner regarding the current flight situation in the Middle East. She stayed late to complete my booking to make sure we could secure the price agreed. I feel at ease knowing the team is available 24/7 to assist if there are any problems while we are away.

I have a booking for Japan in October, Vanessa has been so helpful with everything so far, talking me through proccesses etc, and checking all hotels are are what we need, in suitable areas, still a while to wait for the holiday yet, but with guidance from Vanessa I am sure everything will be fabulous for our 1st trip to Japan

I was drawn by the agency offer for japan which includes shinkansen/bullet train trip. Which i find really affordable as i tried booking this trip my self but would cost even more. at first i have my doubts.. so i did my research and found negative review even tried searching there company in Gov.uk.
But everything was professionally explained by Omar which help us trust him and book the trip with him.
I am really pleased with the 12 days trip we had in japan as i felt i was well taken care off of the agency from booking my hotel preferences and even adjusting it to my schedule was well taken care of care of by omar. He was very responsive on all my messages to him which makes me feel at ease .he help us through in and out of our trip as he also kindly help us checked in with our airline online as we were having difficulties of doing it our self.. its was just a great service from them.
Now that i have returned from my trip im looking forward to recommend this agency to my colleagues and friends.

P.s. the negative comments are not even for there company but they still able to address it professionally.

Vanessa went above and beyond anything I could have asked during booking of my holiday until I found out i had been lied to about my accommodation i was told in original correspondence that all hotels were closer than 5km to city centre but ended up 95km a ihr and 45min train trip away then told me it was my fault after putting my trust in this company I felt it was better to make use of a professional travel agent as I had no idea of japan little did I know they could not be trusted as for making the complaint too late it was make to this company before the room was used another lie and I have the full conversation downloaded with a third party app if anyone needs it If what holiday tribe are correct with their reply what is the point of getting the help of a travel agent when they refuse to tell the truth and do not accept responsibility for their wrong doing

I booked a trip to Japan for November 2025 - 2 weeks and visited Osaka, Kyoto, Hiroshima and Tokyo. I contacted the Holiday Tribe to put together a package that suited my dates including finishing in Tokyo for my brothers wedding and they delivered. They matched my budget, transfers including, rail pass included, The rooms were suitable for our budget and they even catered to a change of hotel request in tokyo for somewhere closer to my brother.

I paid a deposit and the remaining on an agreed date. They communicated with me, the only things I would say is a little bit more help on the run up to the trip with what to do would have been helpful but I think that was more worry with me being on my first international trip.
I wanted to make sure I left this review as with them being a relatively new company I was scared of being completely scammed - but I wasn't! They are a legit company, great customer service- I contacted through whatsapp mostly.

I recommend them and will probably be back in the future.

Response is very bad. When people travel to a new country through a travel company the least they could expect is a proper response and good communication. No one briefed us until one day before our trip that to after we asked. No proper guided instructions, no response through trip over all very bad experience with these people.

Vanessa was very helpful and always replied to all of our questions promptly. The hotels she selected for our trip to Japan where all near a station and near shops and restaurants. I will definitely use holiday tribe again.

Had an amazing trip to Srilanka. Would not have enjoyed so much without the support and guidance of Mr Omer. Right from our pick up at airport to drop back everything was meticulously planned. Great accommodation arranged with good Indian food. Three cheers to Omer and team.

Vanessa and Omar have been an absolute joy to deal with and their correspondence was very professional. They helped us with a custom tour for Japan/Philippines for 2026 - it's been our bucket list holiday for a decade! We like the fact that they were able to sort us a reasonable package within our budget. We plan ahead for our holidays so we have something wonderful to look forward to next spring. The Holiday Tribe organised the perfect trip for us in Dubai ! They were very flexible with scheduling the trip for us even though there were many changes we required, they made sure to match everything perfectly. The hotel they had chosen and the location spot in Deira was amazing. It was in the best spot for shopping and food. They had schedule dinner at the cruise ship and it was excellent. The vehicle too was on time to pick us up. They also planned the dessert safari for us and the driver they had chosen was top notch! He took us to every spot and made sure we didn't miss out a single part. They also purchased the ticket for us at Global Village beforehand for a lower price. They scheduled out everything excellently.
Will definitelyy arrange our future holidays trips and tours with the Holiday Tribe !!
