My dog and cat have been members of HPC for over 5 years and have never had any issues. It is a hassle free way of ensuring all their routine health needs are met.

Looking after our lovely Yorkie with cover from Healthy Pet club, better to be safe than sorry and only costs 50p a day

The healthy pet club is my life line with the financial crisis and being on a fixed income. It enables me to have a peace-of-mind attitude and know that my brilliant vets practice will give my kitten all the important health cover she needs.

My Mum is a scatterbrain - hence we are loving being in the Healthy Pet Club as it reminds Mum when I am due my injections/ wormers and visits to Severn Edge.

Everything went well for years until recently.
I tried to change my direct debit over email but they claim they 'never got the emails' when I clearly emailed the email address from their website.

The vets are now charging me £120 for treatments because THPC 'didn't recieve my emails' and when I tried to challenge this they threatened a debt collection agency if I didn't pay up the £120. How is this my fault???

I've emailed all the proff over let's hope they receive this one.

I'm currently trying to see who to report them too.

Don't recommend at all. I've set my 4 cats up else where.

UPDATE: After I sent in proff of emails they still won't take responsibility and won't acknowledge my complaint.

I would avoid at all costs!!!

Very easy To sign up & set up a direct debit. Great that you get a health check up & so much other things included in the monthly fee ( vaccinations, nail clippings , microchipping & much more ) also a free bag of food which the cats did not complain about !!

The Healthy Pet Club makes it easy to keep my pets healthy, to make sure they remain flea/worm-free and receive their vaccinations and boosters at the right time, which I may forget otherwise - there are always so many other things to remember.

Love the newsletters! Full of really useful seasonal tips. I thought it'd all be about dogs but happy to see cats get their equal share of features too!

Robbie loves coming for his arthritis injection because not only does he feel like a two year old again but he is made a fuss of and given treats!
His human is also very satisfied with the exemplary service all round. Thank you.

We have recently rehomed a 14 month old Chug who had no vaccinations and no microchip. Our friendly Vet told us about The Healthy Pet Club - for us it was a perfect! Ralph has now had his Vaccinations and been Microchipped and have been able to spread the cost over the year. The benefits the nail clipping ( when Ralph allows the Vets of Course ) and a discount on any Medication he could need if poorly is brilliant. Would really recommend to anyone!!

As new members of the club our experience is limited. Having said that we have enjoyed the benefits of the club already especially as Flopsy was spayed on Thursday June 23 at the Dunfermline Advance Care Centre. All the staff were so friendly and it was so obvious how they all cared for their " patients". It was the same when we took her for the 48 hour post op check and all was perfect. Now Flopsy is back to her normal self and goes for her final post op check tomorrow where I am sure she will be signed off. We were well informed of risks etc by all involved but we need not have worried. Flopsy had already had her free vaccination and examination a couple of weeks earlier.

Value for money is amazing. The vets appointment went extremely well and the monthly payments are so much better than paying for everything all up front. Before the appointment, my parents never had the money to take Shelby to the vets (other than being neutered) so I took her on. She is now 9 years old and I can afford to take a great level of care with her thanks to the healthy pet club! It has always been a worry for me.

Pip got a free booster, free worm tick n flea treatment and we saved 20% on her medication 😊 so what's not to like! Next month we are saving lots of money again when she has dental treatment! 😁
