I order a cover from thehatke

I order a cover from thehatke, but i didnot like it so i request for cancelation and return request within 30min of delivery. But they ask for photo then video and then something else and at the end denied my return request stating that same peoduct is delivered but the cover in reality is of very cheap quality compared to what they show on there website. So recommend everyone to dont buy anything from them. They're literally scammer out there.

No Return, poor quality cases

The case quality is not as show in images, the quality is very poor. The website does not support returns. They tell you the return is possible in 2 days, but you will get not reply from them. Also the return note is hidden in FAQ and not in refund policy.
NOTE : An UNBOXING VIDEO is compulsory to be eligible for return or exchange of the product. The defect must be visible in the unboxing video without unboxing video we won't be able to accept any return or exchange.

Thehatke.com is a hopeless company as I had ordered leather cases for my apple AirPods Pro2 for which they delivered me a useless plastic case which is barely 50rupees . I had complained about it on the given email address with pictures & order id . After repeated nonsense emails reply’s they finally answered me as it’s what you have ordered.
For which I will say thank you for making making people fool .
Please don’t put your money in any of their products

Low quality and damaged products

The worst product are here and more over the support is pathetic, firstly they are sending damaged product and then they don't want to return the same, low quality products are sent out to customers and they dont even have any empathy towards the customers who are paying them their hard earned money. very bad experience will never order anything form them again

Pathetic Post Purchase Support From thehatke.com Upon Receiving Damaged Item

I purchased a mobile case from thehatke.com, and unfortunately, it was delivered in a broken/damaged condition.

When I contacted customer support for a return or replacement, my request was rejected solely because I did not record an unboxing video. Making an unboxing video a mandatory requirement to address a damaged product is unreasonable.

Customers should not be penalized for receiving defective items due to poor quality checks or packaging.

The same product is available on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, where customer support and return policies are far more reliable and customer-friendly. This experience made me question the value of purchasing directly from this website.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would strongly reconsider buying from this site again due to the lack of proper post-purchase support.

Wrong Case, Rude and Idiotic Customer Care

They don't know the nuances of different models, which is a ridiculous gap for a phone case seller. They sent me a case that obviously is not meant for my particular device (even though the site clearly mentions my phone's model). And on top of that, this is even more serious, they are unacceptably, indefensibly rude and careless when you reach out to them. This is the worst customer support I have ever experienced. They also frustratingly deny the mistake in stupid, single-sentence responses. I would NOT recommend The Hatke even to my worst enemies.

Waste of Money. POOR Design , Unsafe For Phones

Avoid at all costs. This back cover is a waste of money. The design is poor, it offers no protection for your phone, and it feels unsafe to use. On top of that, delivery is too late, even for prepaid customers, and their customer service is the worst. Do not buy.

Terrible Product Quality and Customer Service – Avoid at All Costs!

I recently purchased a phone cover for my OnePlus Nord 2 5G from thehatke.com (Order ID: 1511066), and it turned out to be one of the worst buying decisions I've ever made. Initially, the cover seemed fine, but within 20-25 days of normal use, it started peeling off and discoloring, turning transparent from its original light green color. This is clearly a sign of cheap materials and poor product quality.

When I reached out to customer service, hoping for a replacement or at least a refund, they simply pointed me to their 2-day return policy. Yes, you read that right – 2 days! Their so-called policy is nothing but a gimmick to fool customers into thinking they're protected, when in reality, once you've used the product for a short time, you're stuck with a defective item.

No responsibility for poor quality, no concern for customer satisfaction. They’d rather hide behind their unrealistic return policy than offer a solution. As a business owner myself, I understand ecommerce policies, but it's outrageous when a company refuses to acknowledge that their product is clearly defective after less than a month of use.

I wish I could share photos of the peeling cover and the email exchange I had with their customer support so that potential customers could see how poorly these ecommerce businesses handle legitimate concerns. I highly recommend avoiding "The Hatke" if you value your money and want a product that actually lasts.

Don’t waste your time or money here – plenty of other brands offer better quality and customer service.
