Well I tried and tried this morning…
Well I tried and tried this morning together through Tomy surgery but it was constantly engaged. Thé mad scramble to get through. Il diabetic and was needing Sn appointment. Crazy system. I have sometimes got one for the following day but it depends on the receptionist.ihave to try again for tomorrow morning. Ihave had it ringing at eight, no answer, and when try again it’s engaged.

Great service
I have used the service twice for blue badge letter and medical certificate both times service has been great. No issues with blue badge letter it was accepted as proof as part of my assessment. In fact the assessor said they really liked the wording and quoted parts of it into my report. Second time when I got medical certificate Doctor reached out to obtain some more proof of conditions once I sent these over the letter was sent within few hours. Service has always been great I have had no issues with the letters at all.

Had to Charge Back
Applied for a medical certificate for travel reasons. The GP just copy pasted by text into the cert, never called me to discuss my condition or anything. Then I found the press reports about this company, so asked for a refund as it was incredibly unlikely this certificate would be accepted.
Over Whatsapp they promised me a refund but then did not give it and did not respond to my further enquiries. So I raised a dispute with my credit card company who did a charge back against them to solve it.

The medical certificate was not accepted by employer. The certificate was not in an NHS format.

I needed a fit to work note to show my employer that I am able to work but light duties due to my flank strain. I came across the gp clinic and filled out an online form on a Saturday afternoon and had the letter by Sunday morning! I explained everything what happened to me and what I need on there to help me to show my manager. The letter is perfect professional and exactly how it should be! They are amazing!! Would recommend 100%

Requested a sick note and paid the extra premium delivery but never received this even through the order tracker says approved, they only advised to check spam after emailing them twice regarding the order (first email ignored) was told to contact on WhatsApp…. Sent messages on WhatsApp to them as well but keep getting ignored.
