Booked a boiler service and the whole process from start to finish was great. Rachel was friendly and got me booked in quickly. On the day, Frank was efficient and tidy. I was emailed my gas safe certificate quickly and the payment process was easy. Would definitely use again. Thanks!

I took advantage of summer service deal which was a good saving.

Consistency is important and the same engineer as previously attended on time and carried out the service attentively taking care of the area he was working in.

annual boiler service
Easy to book annual boiler service. Friendly staff. Reminders sent that annual service due. Reminder sent the day before appointment. Engineer that came to do the service was really consciencious. He put on shoe covers so as not to accidentally dirty the kitchen floor. He also rang after he left to apologise for forgetting to throw away a tissue that was used to clean the filter. Boiler is now 12 years old and still working well thanks to this company. Thank you!

These guys are the best heating company I have dealt with. From the first call to arrange a boiler service and then providing honest advice about a boiler at a rental property saved me thousands on replacing the boiler which another company said needed replacing. Certifications were sent on the same day making the overall process easy, quick and at a very reasonable price - highly recommended

Competent and careful boiler replacement
I have used this company over many years for my mum's heating requirements. When it came to replace my own boiler I use them without hesitation. The whole procedure was completed inside half a day and included changing all the radiator thermostatic valves as well. The engineers were respectful of my property and took care to clean afterwards. The system is up and running with no issues so far.

The Good heating company have been very helpful and quick to respond to our queries and questions. We had a very troublesome underfloor heating system and boiler which they have replaced and we are back to work in record time. I highly recommend this company for their dedication to customer service and quality work.
