An experience that justified my review. Ease of ordering with a "real" person which was friendly and efficient and the parts were received within 3 days.

I purchased a Tube Kit for a Powerkaddy on a Monday before lunch and within an hour I was notified it was being dispatched. The package arrived on the Friday but regrettably the Post Office had lost the item and delivered an empty package.

Contacted Golf Workshop late on the following Monday and they were very helpful and promised to dispatch a replacement tube the following day,(Tuesday), to arrive on the Wednesday which it did and everything fitted perfectly.

A point to note is that when ordering a replacement tube to check carefully the positions of any holes as the tubes can look very similar, especially as you might not know the exact model number - which I did not.

I needed a right sided clutch for my golf trolley, I rang to see if they had them in stock and they did have, so I placed the order online and was updated that the order had been shipped on the same day and was delivered by post within 2 days. I have fitted the clutch and it works perfectly. Great Service

What fantastic service . Hardly believable that order something at 1300hrs yesterday and it arrives at 0900 today. Thank you so much. I'll look no further in the future and the lady in the phone was a pleasure to talk to .

Ordered a replacement lithium battery on Monday am and it was delivered Tuesday pm. Excellent service plus the battery was on sale at £20 less which made it the lowest price I could find online. I have used it now on two 18 hole rounds and my trolley is back to it's old self with no loss of power on hills. I only have positive comments to make about this company and the battery.

i am very disappointed with the attitude of this company..i rang them on monday stating my lithium battery had stopped working..i spoke to Kate and she said send everything in so we can check it out.i did explain i didnt have the receipt as i had bought it from my local pro shop..Now after wasting £10 sending it off to them, they are insisting on a receipt which i dont have since our pro has left.very poor customer service when the battery has a comprehensive 3 year waranty and it still has 5 months left..even put the phone down.Arrogant.

I needed a new front wheel for a elderly Powakaddy Freeway. I ordered one from The Golf Workshop on Monday afternoon and it arrived Tuesday morning in time for a 10 o'clock tee off. Very impressed.

I had been let down by another on-line powakaddy parts "specialist" so when I called The golf Workshop I was please to find extremely helpful and honest service. I raised my order on the Wednesday and took delivery of the parts on the Friday. Trolley is now running again and at a very reasonable price too.
I will certainly use this company again and recommend to friends and family.
