Poor communication, I ordered on the 2nd April and whilst understanding Easter break I had given extra time for my order to be shipped. Only half of the order arrived on the 8th April, my account says partially shipped and I have had no correspondence regarding this. I emailed regarding an update my account now says partially refunded. I have not received a refund and I am yet to receive over £200 worth of product with the ultimate gel bottle spa package. This has resulted in me losing money from the order alone and I have had to cancel all luxury pedicures for the last week and following as I still await a response and update.
I’m so disappointed in this experience, I spend £1000’s with this company as their products have been amazing but this is making me question if it is worth staying with a brand who is unable to communicate lack of delivery and hold my money.

Update: It is now 1st April and no-one at The GelBottle has had the curtesy to call me or contact me other than send a form for me to complete. It now appears that their phone lines are no longer working. I have since spoken to my chiropodist (who obviously has a full understanding of nails and associated problems) who has said I have Onycholysis caused by an allergic reaction. This information has been passed to GelBottle who are still not contacting me. Avoid this product.
I have tried to contact the company regarding a reaction I have suffered. The company email said they'd get back in 4-5 working days and the phone is not being answered. My nails are all lifting, have spoken to both my doctor and a chiropodist who immediately said it was an allergic reaction!!!!!.

I used to love this brand for its great colours but customer service is sadly lacking. No support for nail techs, products ingredients have changed without being notified and gaslighting techs that its their application at fault then low and behold, public announcement confirming removal of hema & a new lamp launched. Sorry but no, I’m taking my business elsewhere along with thousands of others

TGB customer service were fantastic when a product arrived faulty. They’d organised and shipped a replacement within minutes of me emailing them. Communication was also extremely good.

I just want to say a huge thank you to the girl at The Gel Bottle who sorted out my order when the mistake was completely mine. As the owner of Belamour Beauty and working solo, things like this genuinely make a massive difference to my day, and she handled it brilliantly. She was calm, kind and didn’t make me feel awkward or silly for getting it wrong, which I think says a lot about her attitude. Instead of sticking rigidly to rules, she focused on helping and making sure I was happy with the outcome. In my opinion, that’s exactly what great customer service looks like. The whole experience was smooth, quick and actually left me feeling really positive about ordering again. It’s rare these days to come away from a support interaction thinking “that was actually lovely”, but that’s exactly how I felt. She turned a potential stress into a genuinely good experience, and I really appreciated the effort she made. Please pass on my thanks to her she’s a real credit to the brand, and service like that is why I’ll happily continue to support The Gel Bottle."

Having used TGB for over 10 years has been a game changer! No lifting, peeling, fungal infections or onycholysis.
My clients are completely satisfied and infills can last up to 4 weeks.

Great products and amazing customer service, I love the gel bottle products and I had never had a problem until recently which was dealt with and I had an extremely positive experience… I received a product with not as good quality as I normally get, I emailed explaining my situation with the faulty product and they got back to me very promptly and without any hesitation they rectified the issue and sent out new products with the normal amazing quality I usually receive. This must have been a one off quality control problem that I expect from anywhere every now and again. As long as rectified in the correct way this will never put me off and the gel bottle certainly did rectify the problem in the best way possible. Great overall customer service but also Thankyou to Darcy from the team who personally helped me!

I purchased this BIAB because I had good experiences with it in the past. Unfortunately, since the new TPO-free formula, the product has become completely unusable for me. I apply it exactly the same way as before, with proper prep and no changes to my routine, yet the product lifts badly. After only 6 days, I can literally peel it off my nails and my natural nails became way thinner and unhealthy.
This is extremely disappointing. What used to be a reliable product is now worthless. Absolute money waste.

I purchased Hard BIAB because it is TPO-free and marketed for natural nails. According to the description, it’s perfect for overlays and infills with a built-in base. In reality, my Hard BIAB lifts every single time, despite correct prep and application. Support now says it’s mainly for repairs or extensions, which is not mentioned anywhere on the website. Very disappointing and misleading.

First time ordering, no communication on where my order is and every available communication method that is offered, I have tried. I have had no response to any emails, nor social media messages, nobody answers the phone (it says they are unavailable) and no response on live chat. This is an absolutely dreadful experience

I love the products but the customer service needs improving. I’ve waited 2 weeks for an order to be dispatched and it still hasn’t . I’ve tried to email and ring but no response. I move house next week so I’m worried this order will now arrive at the wrong address and will loose my money I’ve spent. I’m new to nails and haven’t got many clients so spending this money is a huge thing for me as I’m not making a profit yet.

I've been a loyal customer of TGB for years. I've had minor issues but recently it's been absolutely horrendous.
I placed 2 orders, they had me split my order because their system wouldnt let me use a biab code because I had a gel polish in my cart along with the biab. Irritating but not a big deal.
My second order shipped and delivered within 3 days of me placing the order, but mt first order was the problem.
Despite selecting the correct address, it used my old address. I desperately messaged the live chat to have this fixed but got absolutely no response for hours, so I called and was instantly helped by a lovely woman who changed the address to the correct one.
But now my order was sat in the warehouse, still having not being packed, for nearly a week. I contacted live chat for an update multiple times, only to get a response 5 hours later, telling me if I wanted an urgent delivery, I should have picked express delivery (that sounds wonderful, if you had actually packed the order)
I replied, only to be ignored for a whole day. Then was told they had looked into it and weren't sure why it had no movement and it has been flagged to the warehouse supervisor.
The next day I see the order is marked as partially shipped, and when asking for clarification on what this means, I was of course, ignored.
Now I find out that my order has been shipped to the WRONG address. I have called 20+ times in the past 3 days trying to get a response from TGB, but their lines are "busy" and the call ends. What kind of customer service line doesnt have a queue system??
I have been messaging the live chat and I am constantly ignored for hours, if I even get a response at all.
The customer service has gone down tremendously and I'm so disappointed.
I love TGB Products, but I don't think I can put up with non-existent customer service anymore.

Wow what a horrible experience ordering from this company! I placed an order that ended up taking almost an entire month to arrive, with zero communication from them. My package finally arrived only to find multiple items missing, not even an itemized packing slip or invoice in the box. I have emailed the company three time now in the past two weeks and have yet to receive a response. They basically have stolen my money and refused to respond to my attempts to rectify the issue.
Unfortunately I will likely never order from them again. There are so many amazing companies out there selling great products while also having great customer service.

I am just back from 3 days taking the natural nails expert package and the GelPot extensions courses at the TGB Academy in Brighton. The experience could not have been more positive. The courses are very well put together and interesting, and Emma-Jane is just an just incredible teacher. I will definitely return to train on other subject and to improve my skills . I fully recommend it!!

Id give 0 stars if i could! I've been doing my own nails from home for several months now (not professional) and previously got gifted TGB BIAB I've just ran out so placed an order on the website for 2 bottles. It asks if you are professional or not. I said no, it allowed me to continue with the purchase and has took the money immediately from my bank account! Only to find once you have placed the order and they've took your money they only sell to professionals but dont worry if you arent professional you can do a course with them for £200!! Is this company mad?? I've been waiting on the chat for an hour for someone to reply regarding this! If you dont sell to non professionals FINE but DO NOT allow someone to continue with an order and take their money. When the answer is given that they are not professional the ordering path should stop there! Absolutely disgusting!
