False advertising!
I ordered a super fuzzy for my dad for his birthday, as he has bad knees and his heating is no longer working, I saw the super fuzz goes to the ground and would help keep him warm.
When it arrived it only went to the knees and he is not a tall man. I sent a complaint that it doesn't go to where all of their pictures show on their website.
Their staff admitted it's not the length it should be once I sent measurements etc... They then admitted they shortened the length because some people said they were tripping on it.
I said well you need to specify the length so people know exactly what they are getting and have pictures that are true to the product you are selling.
I had asked for the correct item that was pictured to be sent to which they would not.
I then asked for a refund since I didn't receive the product that I expected to receive.
They asked me to return it. I said it was a gift for my father's 78th birthday and my father has already opened it and used it, not knowing what I had intended for him. We are in lockdown and he is cold.
I was not going to ask him to pack it back up and pay for it to be returned and also to not get a replacement in return.
In the end he offered me a partial refund and keep the item. He gave me $23! Less than half the cost. He didn't even refund the partial payment, in the currency I paid with.
Overall this was a terrible experience that spanned over a month of time and I feel bad that not only was I not treated decently since they admitted their false advertising. That so may other people are going to order this and not get what they envisaged and is portrayed on their website.
Oodie is a much better company and have great customer service and you get exactly what you see pictured.
I would never buy from this company again.
I was ripped off, stuffed about and not even properly compensated for their lack of professionalism and there false advertising.
People stay away!

Sizing guides are a complete lie. The oversized hoodie is about the same size as my xl mens hoodie. Arms are short stiching is very poor. Price is usd even though the advertise in the au nz marketplace. Shipping took almost twice as long as promised. I would stear away from them.
