Heute ein versuchter Betrug über die Seite an meiner Kreditkarte wo niemand außer mir die Daten hat da sehr neu. Seite reagiert nicht auf Anfragen das ihre Seite durch Kreditkarten Betrüger genutzt wird kann ich nur dirgend abraten

Je me suis rendu sur un site Internet pour télécharger une musique. Lors du téléchargement, on m’a demandé une empreinte bancaire de 0,00£. Après validation, j’ai réalisé que cela m’avait inscrit à une période d’essai d’un jour, suivie d’un abonnement mensuel de 34,90£ sur leurs site (le rapport ???). J’ai tenté de résilier mon abonnement pendant la période d’essai, mais sans succès. J’ai également envoyé un mail depuis mon compte pour demander l’annulation de mon abonnement. N’ayant reçu aucune réponse, j’ai dû leur renvoyer un second mail quelques jours plus tard, mais j’avais déjà été prélevé. Malgré mes explications concernant cette erreur, ils refusent de me rembourser.

SCAM! Got a fraud alert from my credit card company. thefreshbook.co has been charging me $17.99 monthly. I do not have any emails from the company setting up an account, and I am unable to log onto their website. It was impossible to contact the company by phone to cancel my "subscription". I sent an email to support@cancel-my-subscriptions (.com) but ended up reporting the charges as fraudulent to my credit card after I saw these reviews on TrustPilot. Beware!

I signed up for a one-day trial subscription and cancelled it immediately afterwards because I wasn't even given login details for my account. Despite my cancellation, 35£ was debited from my account the next day, and I still didn't have access. I immediately emailed support.

I have never heard of the fresh book.co before and one day got charged £34.90 when never went on it before. Canceled and had to get a new card but i got money back but then apparently they double paid me which they didn’t and now they took my money again.

Hoodwinked into sign up via download button on a different site. Took bank details for £0.00 then, as below, attempted £34.90 payment from fraudulently obtained bank details. Luckily bank stopped the pending payment (set up within minutes). The unsubscribe button did not work, surprise, surprise. Definitely trading on the back of a closely named accounting software company. This organisation is a scam enabled by other site I was on (Crochet Beja) who unashamedly seem to enable their activities.

The service fee is much too high and was withdrawn from my account even though I had cancelled the subscription within the 24 hours of the free trial period.

I received an rami saying a friend had sent me a birthday card. Opened it. Tried to watch birthday card. Apple Pay came up. I didn’t even touch my button to confirm Apple Pay. It said I had authenticated Apple Pay for £0.00. I then received an email saying I had 1 free trail £0.00 them will be charged £34.99. I’m away to phone bank to try to cancel.

Without doubt a scam, Apple Pay came up while on a different page (airsoft equipment) at £0.00 for age verification … clicked pay and then got an email saying 1 day free trial then £34.99 monthly charge after…. Called bank, froze accounts and emailed the company demanding my details to be deleted from their system

SCAM took €34.90 from my account i dont know how this happened I didnt click on anything to be downloaded or authorised any payments online

Scam, supposed to be 1p to download manual, took £34.90 out of my account and I didn't get the manual.

Clicked on a link for specific item , Boom one day free trial for a penny. didn't even need to put any details in. Kust stole them from my phone . fake accountancy company robbed for £34.90. on way to bank now. Not sure how to his gonna pan out. DEFINITELY A SCAM.

I don't know how they operate but it's definetly a scam.

TheFreshBook is a scam!
I initially was to download a gym exercise graph via a link from Pinterest then asked to confirm a payment of £0.01 to download the graph, then next day I woke up to see a notification from my bank saying a payment of £34.90! I was on the phone with my bank for 1 hour but they can't do anything about it, because I 'authorised' it!
It's a scam!!
I now emailed the Fresh Book via an email address, request a cancellation or refund, but I have no hope I will get the money back!

I wanted to download a completely different app. I was shown an advert that didn't look like an advert and said "Download now for iOS". I thought it was the app I originally wanted. It turned out that I had signed up for a subscription to thefreshbook.co which automatically debits €34 after 1 day. This is a dirty scam. Be careful!
