Great Service

Easy to navigate site with good prices. Wonderful service with prompt delivery and notification/updates on pre-order items.

Not super happy / Update

Not super happy , I feel the communication was lacking.
And the delivery took a month longer than stated.
Pricing wasn’t bad - I think next time I’ll try to source the items elsewhere. Not a great first impression.

EDIT: After discussing with a lovely lady from this business and having some product questions etc. I have to say the customer service has been great.
She has gone above and beyond what I would expect.
If I like the Timeless products I ordered I will give them another go.
It doesn’t erase the first off experience but it’s given me some pause for thought.

I love this site.

I loved that the excepted dates when communicated on all products. It made it easy for me to maintain my skin routine. I loved my products especially my C bomb. What an awesome product. I will be using the site again!

My experience with The Formula SkinCare has always been excellent.
The Delivery time is spot on, if there are any delays I'm always notified, I love the tracking supplied, as I can check the progress of my order.
If I ever have a query, I am always answered promptly with a very friendly helpful reply

Good subscription for vitamin c

Good subscription for vitamin c. Love the convenience. Also trust that the vitamin c I receive will have a good shelf life since fresh ones gets delivered by formula skincare.
