Ordered in January for Feb dispatch, chased in March to confirm, got one email saying it was en route but couldn’t have tracking until it was in the UK, contacted a week later asking for an update, no reply, no more replies ever. Eventually put a claim through PayPal and after 10 days of no response from Flytt got a default refund.
I ordered a Flytt chair back in November 2025. Contacted customer services a couple of months later and was told there is a delay because the material was not good enough quality in the batch and was offered a refund. I asked how long they were expecting for the batch to come in and I would like a refund depending. Never received a response so followed up asking for a refund and was ignored. I commented on Instagram about this situation and received an email the following day saying I will receive a dispatch notification 'very soon'. Followed this up asking exactly when and to give me a refund if it's not by the end of the week and still never heard anything. That was 8th March 2026. I believe this is a scam and they respond to make you feel like it's on the way as a tactic for people not taking the issue further.
Don’t order this - I ordered in January and the chair never shows up despite repeated contact and chasing. You can’t contact them except through an email and no one responds
I ordered this product early January, never received tracking numbers etc, it was meant to be delivered on the 19th of February, I started to try and contact the office etc, fast forward, I’m waiting for a refund through PayPal, do not recommend

THE COMPANY HAVE RECEIVED MY RETURNED DAMAGED CHAIR AND ARE GHOSTING ME WITHOUT ISSUING THE REFUND. I NOW HAVE NO CHAIR AND NO REFUND!!
The chair arrived very late in Jan 2026 in a damaged condition, which I immediately photographed. It had very bad scuff damage (nearly holes) on both edges of the backrest and indentations in the upholstered fabric of the seat.
I contacted the company and was eventually sent a return label. The chair was sent back, arriving in the ecomm warehouse on 6th Feb 2026. Today is 15th March, so at nearly 6 weeks after chair was returned and 3 separate emails, I have still not received a refund. I have been totally ghosted by this company.
I ordered the AUD$529 chair expecting it to ship January 19th 2026. As it was very expensive, I followed up on January 23rd after getting nothing beyond the initial order confirmation email. The confirmation page has no information on the shipping status, and I've received no information from the seller.
My email on the 23rd received an automated reply, and that was the only reply I received. I followed up again on February 5th, then again today on the 9th. Each time, I got no reply beyond the automated response.
Edit 09 Feb: In my third email I told them that they could refund me, or I could initiate the refund through PayPal anyway and then report them to the ACCC. Then I commented on every one of their Instagram posts telling them to cancel and refund my order and warning other commenters to stay away from the company. Clearly something I did worked, because I just received a full refund into my PayPal account.
