My experience with The Flaming Candle is always good. The products are great and help my candle business thrive. And the shipping is awesome how fast products arrive. Perfect for a busy business.

Flaming Candle always ships fast, has great FO's and products, been buying from them for over 10 years. Always top quality and never any issues.

Very accommodating. Haven't shopped in a while so knowing that the customer service is still exceptional was such amazing piece of fresh air. Been gone so long, the packaging changed lol. Love the company.

Im a first time purchaser and I was a little disappointed that one of the bottles leaked. While I was wiping down the other bottles, I found out which one and the cap was a little loose. I tighted it a bit and the top cracked right off. I reached out via the company websight, and as of a week later, absolutely nothing. Lots of adverts thou.

Customer Service is outstanding. I usually don't have any issues with my orders, but if I do The Flaming Candle makes its seamless and takes care of the matter immediately. Plus the products and Fragrances are clean ingredients and priced fairly compared to other supply houses.

I have order with Flaming Candle many times and each order it always well packed and delivered on time if not early! The quality of the products helos keep my products on the top of the line.
