Terrible service & product - ordered my flowers they arrived damaged and not good quality at all, Company arranged to collect them via DHL which did happen and I have now chased twice for a refund. I was told today that they needed to go through the pile of returns to see if mine was there, customers should not have to wait for a refund. The flowers looked like plastic ones and had a big dirty mark on them. Not good all round.
Lovely range of flowers of high quality. Generally look very realistic.
Be aware of product descriptions though. I ordered some roses that were described as yellow on the website but what was delivered was cream - even the label stated they were cream. I had to return them at my own cost despite me thinking I was ordering yellow. If I’d wanted cream I’d have ordered cream.

I was delighted with the flowers. This company is very impressive: communication with them is excellent. The flowers were wrapped beautifully and they look so real.
I’ve always disliked fake flowers especially those awful plastic things people put in their gardens but this is a whole world away from that tat. My first order was for the long stemmed magnolias which came with 3 pu$$y willow stems as a bonus. They were both stunning-so realistic I honestly couldn’t believe it. I’ve had the magnolias a few months now and just use the hairdryer on a cool setting to clean them as instructed. I ordered some more pu$$y willow to go with the three free stems and now a vase for the magnolia. There was a delivery issue with the vase(not their fault) and it was resolved with a phone call. They’re so good I’ve cancelled my Freddie’s Flowers subscription and plan to buy more flowers from them-although I do love fresh flowers so will occasionally treat myself to some roses, sunflowers or lilies :-)
