Great Customer Service
We are currently in the process of a renovation and decided to use the facia place to source our windows - as recommended by our builder.
We ordered our windows in the February, and when they were due to arrive, around April, they had been rejected by the factory due to a quality issue. This was very disappointing and obviously put our renovation on hold - the frustrating thing was it would be another 8 weeks before delivery again - we were not happy.
The branch escalated the situation and this was when Michael, the Director became involved. He was empathetic and could understand our frustration and assured us that he would get the situation resolved. He emailed me and called me multiple times and explained that they outsourced these particular types of windows and that it was a manufacturing fault. He monitored the progress and informed us of when the 2nd batch were due to arrive. Unfortunately when they did, they were, yet again, faulty! Obviously at this point I am beyond angry as it was just holding up our renovation. Michael was very apologetic, completely understood our frustration and was very reasonable. He made the effort to come to our house and apologise face 2 face and explained that this was a manufacturing issue and that the Fascia place did not make them themselves. I had asked for a refund and there was no quibble and he was happy to issue this immediately.
Michael wanted to ensure that we received some windows so that we could proceed with our renovation and ultimately he gave us a great price on some aluminium windows. They were delivered in 3/4 weeks and are absolutely perfect.
The whole process wasn't straight forward however I could not fault Michael and the Fascia team. They understood my frustration and resolved the problem in a courteous and professional manner. I ended up getting my dream windows for a very reasonable price.
