I always love dealing with this company…
I always love dealing with this company but do find that my last few orders took longer to arrive than before. I used to shop with Equine Warehouse primarily because of their speedy delivery as it could even be next day delivery if ordered early. It doesn’t work for me if it takes too long to come.

We completely understand how important speedy delivery is, especially when you’ve been used to receiving your orders so quickly in the past. While we always aim to dispatch orders as fast as possible, some items can take a little longer depending on where they are located across our warehouses.
We do display the estimated dispatch times on each product page to help give a clearer idea before ordering. If you ever need something urgently, please feel free to reach out — we can look at splitting your order so any items in our main warehouse can be sent out straight away while the rest follow separately.
