I have dealt with both Lee and Michelle at the electric board and found them both very polite, professional and very helpful.
They helped our little charity negotiate a new contract and dealt with the previous company we were with on our behalf. It was an extremely hard and stressful time for us as the previous company were very aggressive and unpleasant and, quite simply, hopeless.
