The experience was unpleasant. The company confirmed my booking but later emailed me about a price revision from the airline. As the revised price was unacceptable and the alternative airline schedules were unsuitable, I had no viable options to proceed.
Despite this, they are charging a hefty processing fee to refund my payment, which feels unfair given the issue was not my fault.

Some thing is not right
I have tried so many times to book for me and my daughter every time I fill the booking form in and come to pay it wipes the form blank so I called their number and the guy answered Travel house so I asked are you a rep of the easytrips he said No I said why have they got your number on their website he said I don’t know!!!!
